“Joe and Kelsey were a pleasure to work with. After my wife was rear ended on 94 they set proper expectations after estimate with current Mazda parts shortages and worked with adjuster to ensure the right parts came in. It took over a month, but Joe/Kelsey even offered to pay for the extended rental because of delay. Hopefully they didn’t have to and insurance would step in but still..Great service and they made time even when they didn’t have time to answer calls. Rear of car looks better and shiny than pre accident. If you are in unfortunate situation of getting in a car wreck check out Minnetonka Collision Center in Plymouth!”
“Our family has been on monthly contracts with Mr Carwash for over 15 years. We've always been satisfied. Started this location when it opened. Good at first, lately problems with white chemicals spotting the cars which did come off with re-wash. Last week, something on the side brushes chipped and scratched the glass on the driver's mirror when it reversed. Mirror was fine at entry, found chip about 10 minutes later. Replacement is $642. Management accepted no responsibility......Owner responded with suggestion I contact "care Team" After conversation with area manager, needed repair was authorized.”
“Got my SUV detailed here. Service was pretty good. Had a bunch of dog hair all over the carpet and they did a great job removing that. Staff was very friendly. They did miss a pretty obvious spot on my dash otherwise would give 5 stars. Overall, I would go back again.”

“Wish I lived closer to this car wash! I get my car washed maybe once a year just to wash the winter off of it. I happened to be driving by this place and decided to stop in. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. I got the second cheapest car wash and it still was great. They have monthly memberships available if you're someone who frequently washes their car for $30 or $40 depending on which level you want. This gives you unlimited car washes for the month. I didn't stop to use the free vacuums or check out other services, but I hope to return some day!”

“This coin operated do it yourself car wash is a decently good deal and if you like the process of detailing your own car than this can be a great option to get things just how you like. The timing system ca be a bit fussy but there are some simple graphics that guide you through the washing process. With a smaller car you can probably get through a whole wash for under $5 but if you have a larger vehicle like a truck it is going to probably run you closer to $8.”
“I've only been here a handful of times, but I've decided this is my " go to" carwash. I went to a competitor's carwash this morning and was less than impressed with the results. I asked for my my money back and drove to Paradise. It's a challenge to get my black gr corolla clean, but it always looks great after a visit to Paradise.”

“Price is a bit high compared to pre-pandemic where the car was dried after the wash. The automatic cloth dryer at the end of the wash leaves a strange film/goo on my windshield. Staff is always polite and friendly.”
