“I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. “Joe and Kelsey were a pleasure to work with. After my wife was rear ended on 94 they set proper expectations after estimate with current Mazda parts shortages and worked with adjuster to ensure the right parts came in. It took over a month, but Joe/Kelsey even offered to pay for the extended rental because of delay. Hopefully they didn’t have to and insurance would step in but still..Great service and they made time even when they didn’t have time to answer calls. Rear of car looks better and shiny than pre accident. If you are in unfortunate situation of getting in a car wreck check out Minnetonka Collision Center in Plymouth!”

They were really easy to work with and got me on their schedule in a very timely manner, after picking up my truck from them the first time I thought it was basically perfect but after driving it for about a week in different lightings I noticed the paint was maybe a bit off (it’s a pearl white Denali, VERY hard color to match) so I decided to stop by and ask if there was anything to say could do. They were extremely respectful and quick to offer to correct it for me to the best of their abilities, free of charge. I got it back the second time and it exceeds any expectations I’ve ever had from a body shop. It looks perfect. loyal people that look out for the quality of work they’re providing their customers, I encourage anyone who’s considering using them to go support this small family owned business!”

“It's rare I write reviews, but Jeff at Bob & Carl's is well deserving of such. I just spent ten (yes, TEN) months in a dispute with Toyota for causing damage to my vehicle that they didn't want to take responsibility for. I tried every angle on a corporate level, but to no avail. They were going to charge $2100 for damages. I was then referred to Jeff by a friend. As a last resort, I spoke with him; he took time to look at my vehicle immediately AND fixed the damages within a week for $101. To say I was enlightened, shocked (positively) & impressed is an understatement. Jeff is down to earth, welcoming & will give an honest opinion. HIGHLY suggest supporting this auto body shop.”
