My first visit was for a door ding with paint transfer. While the dealer wanted close to $3,000, your shop resolved the issue in seconds. Most recently, my vehicle was hit in the front with such force while parked on July 9th that it was pushed onto the sidewalk. Your team was diligent in restoring the vehicle to factory-new condition.
I highly recommend the Osseo, MN. location on Jefferson Hwy. !!!!!

“Possibly the best service I’ve experienced! I called DentWerks because I had a dent in my new car. Jake answered and was super kind and polite and told me to come to the shop. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome, I showed him the damage, and he was confident he could fix it. I came there expecting to come back after making an appointment, and jake responded by saying he could fix it right now. He immediately wanted to help me. “Someone sideswiped my driver side view mirror off and I was concerned it would be really expensive since it was heated, and had an indicator and it was electric. Northside helped me identify a place to get the part sourced affordably and when I came with the part installed it in a half hour. All in it was less than $250 when I was quoted near $750 without used parts. I’ll be back.”

“Im so glad i chose this shop for my collision repair. Ron went above and beyond to help me and deal with State Farm being absolutely difficult with sorting all of the estimates and such out. It took a month for me to get my truck back because he had to wait weeks to even hear back from insurance because they didn't know my truck was at his shop due to a lack of communication between my agent and the claims department. I hope I never have to take a vehicle to another collision repair shop but if I do I will give this place another go.”
“I have been a customer since I started driving, as my parents used Rogers a few times and I didnt know &*^% . Everytime I have needed work they have not only come through with timely great work, they destroy other estimates I have requested. For example, this time around I requested 3 qoutes as I was not paying for all the work. Roger's was $1400, other two were $1700 and $2400. Now if the work was subpar I get it. This however is not the case, which is why I continue to go here first. Have not once been disappointed with the customer service or the work. Thanks and keep it up!”
“Just bought a new (to me) car and it came missing 3 spline lug nuts as well as the spline key. Stopped in to see about replacing them and was in and out of the door in less than 5 minutes with the correct key and 3 replacement lug nuts, free of charge courtesy of Todd!
