“Very impressed! Quite possibly the best customer service experience I have ever had. Gary and the boys at Maaco are great to work with, extremely fair, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'll happily use them again in the future if their services are ever needed. I stopped in to have a couple small scratches buffed out if possible. One was pretty deep, so while trying to buff it out, they took a little extra paint off, which happens. They owned up to it, and offered to respray that area of the door at cost. It turned out great, and they even detailed the outside and inside of my vehicle, which was a nice surprise. Very happy with the service, and the outcome of the situation. My final cost actually came in $100 under the estimate, which was a great surprise. They also gave my car a wash, cleaned the inside, and even provided a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on.

“These guys came highly recommended on my community's FB page, and now I see why. I had a little self-inflicted wound... tore up my Subie's side skirt driving over a pesky curb (FML). Within 15 minutes, the kind gentleman had it back on.
While I was there watching (yeah, he let me watch!), I asked how much it would cost to have my headlight cleaned (my dealership told me it required a $600 replacement). In the next 20 minutes, both headlamps looked brand new for just $75. And he didn't want to take anything for getting my side skirt back on. So I bought the team lunch instead : )
In my humble opinion, there's no place better to bring your car — and I will most certainly be talking these guys up. This level of kindness and comfort is a rarity these days.”

Nicole came out to look at the scuffs and then went to consult with Billy, the detailer. He stopped what he was doing and and immediately started working on my vehicle. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way home. The Caliber organization also offers Caliber Auto Care and Caliber Auto Glass.

“I have been a customer since I started driving, as my parents used Rogers a few times and I didnt know &*^% . Everytime I have needed work they have not only come through with timely great work, they destroy other estimates I have requested. For example, this time around I requested 3 qoutes as I was not paying for all the work. Roger's was $1400, other two were $1700 and $2400. Now if the work was subpar I get it. This however is not the case, which is why I continue to go here first. Have not once been disappointed with the customer service or the work. Thanks and keep it up!”

I had the privilege to receive help from the Auto Body Professional Benjamin Awaijane. He helped me throughout the whole process of my transaction with Caliper Collision. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my car and he answered every question I had. Overall he relieved all the stress I originally was going through. “I was the proud owner of my first brand new car, a 2024 Subaru Legacy in Ice Silver Metallic. At 9,000 miles, some guy rear ended me in a drive-thru. Aside from the physical damage, cue Steven He's "EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!" meme. It was painful and I didn't trust anyone to fix it besides the dealership, but they didn't do paint work.
After agonizing about living with it or getting it repaired, I eventually chose Neil's simply because I'm a full-time employee, homeowner, father of two and husband, and they were the closest to me. I questioned whether I'd get the bumper repaired and re-painted properly after reading some of the reviews about new ownership in Jan 2024, but after talking to the owners and asking questions, I felt more comfortable.
Well, I couldn't be more pleased. I am very detail-oriented, so I did find a small paint chip in a corner upon pick-up, which could have happened during bumper re-installation and be easily missed. They immediately took full responsibility and corrected the spot without any drama whatsoever, and even allowed me to pick up the car on the 4th of July! I didn't ask for that and felt bad they did, but they made it seem like no big deal at all.
Taking a closer look now that it's back home, the paint match is as close to perfect as I could ask for... RGB color match between old and new is only off by 1% at worst and spot on at best. They tell me they're using a new paint now that sprays better and is higher quality. Seems it's doing its job.
They really bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied, which is a tall order for someone as picky as me.
10/10 would repair here again.”
