“I have never been in an auto repair shop waiting area that was as spotlessly clean as Plymouth Tire & Auto Center. The two staff members that I interacted with were very nice and helpful. I did not have an appointment; it was Thursday at about 3:30pm and the left front tire of my vehicle had an air leak. Needless to say, I was in and out of there in about an hour and back on the road. The price for the repair I thought was not bad at all. I would definitely recommend Plymouth Tire & Auto and I will be sure to use them in the future. My thanks.”
“My van broke down while I was in Minnetonka for the weekend (4 hours from home). AAA recommended Endurance Automotive as one of the repair places they could tow my 2017 Toyota Sienna to. Based on Endurance's Plymouth location, I chose them and I am so glad I did. Charlie called me first thing Monday AM. Based on the notes from the towing company and a message I had left for them, he already had a suspicion and he had ordered the part. He told me they would look at it that morning for an official diagnostic (after three Toyota dealers had said they were too busy!) and it ended up being the part he suspected that had gone bad. (an ignition coil?). He kept me informed, was super polite, and gave me a AAA discount to boot. I was able to be back on the road with no further problems at all before 2pm. I am so grateful and I will absolutely encourage my friends near Plymouth to use their services! I hope never to need this again while I am out of town, but if I do, I know who to call! “Had a major steering repair done there. It did take a week to fix, and three months later the Sam problem happened. They did fix it again without charging me. The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.”
“I'm a first time customer and I'm very impressed. I was dealing with pulsating brakes in my 2021 Silverado. The truck is still under warranty, but brakes aren't covered by the dealership. I went to Kennedy Transmission & Brakes in Plymouth without an appointment and they were willing to get me in right away. Jim took it for a test drive and knew immediately it was the rear brakes. I bought a Kennedy Club Card and was able to apply a $25 discount for the brake job and $10 for a tire rotation. I recommend anyone considering getting service there to buy a Club Card. There are a bunch of good deals. The truck is running smoothly now. I'm really happy I took my vehicle to Kennedy Transmission Brakes and Automotive.”

“Extremely pleased with Mach 5. I've been in sales 15 years and this is one of the better customer service experiences I've had. Lee was very courteous and responsive throughout my 48 hours of buying a Highlander. He responded to my inquiries every time in a timely manner. I even took it to a local shop that did their own test drive and inspection which the dealer allowed. These guys have nothing to hide if they are willing to do that I feel.I see some other people had some bad experiences. Maybe they are learning from the reviews.I'd also say if you are going to buy as is you should do your research. I ran the VIN on several independent sites to verify the car's history and status, and brought it into Jack's, a local shop for a lookover before buying the car. Don't buy an as is car without doing research and then complain.I feel my experience goes to show a magic rule - treat others how you want to be treated. I was polite and professional throughout and received the same in response. We are very happy with the deal, car, and customer service from Lee. Highly recommend for anyone willing to take the time and research to buy an as is car.”

This is the only quick lube oil change location that doesn’t give me a hard time for putting conventional oil in my high mileage vehicle. My car leaks a little too, it’s old, it’s a commuter. “Went in for an oil change on a lazy Sunday morning but on the way, there was an intense knocking noise coming from underneath. Turned out the front driver lug nuts were loose. Tate (the manager) assisted us and even had us drive around and come back so he could tighten them again! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE considering they were short staffed. Strongly recommend this location based on the staff because the second staff member had a permanent smile and excellent positive attitude. Bravo!!”
