“Wow! I popped a tire a block from Andy’s Service early evening and quickly thought to pull in Andy’s rather than putting on my spare or calling a tow. I am beyond glad I did! They were out in the parking lot checking out my tire within one minute of parking. Reluctant to drive my car into the garage with it on the floor, they pulled out all equipment needed, car jack and air hose, right into the parking lot to try to find out what type of damage was done. The goal was determining quickly whether it could get fixed easily tonight, or if it was beyond a patch and needed to be attended to in the morning. With the busy family evening ahead of us and trying to quickly coordinate alternate plans with my spouse, Jodi was incredible with communicating what they were finding and whether it was going to be a quick fix or not. It wound up being a patch and I was back on to my evening plans within 30 minutes of popping my tire and at an insanely cheap price! I literally asked, “That’s all I owe?!??” I have had oil changes, tires, brakes, and “strange sounds” all taken care of at Andy’s over the years and they always provide amazing service, with an honest assessment, and what I have found to be very fair, reasonable prices. Thank you for making my night a little easier! We will definitely continue to come back!”

“Ryan and his team have always done a great job and competitively priced with all of my oil changes and tire purchases over the last 10-15 years. I challenged them this last week with what we thought was a bad alternator. After multiple alternators swapped out, they found a tiny cut in 1 little wire causing all of the problems. They were very professional and thorough making sure my Explorer is running properly. Ryan also took the time to show me their findings. They have a prime location where I would expect higher pricing but they do not overprice, they are very priced right and competitive. Highly recommend!”

“Had a great experience at Kennedy Transmission. I worked with Steve and he was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I brought my vehicle in expecting a major transmission issue and they found that it was actually very low on transmission fluid. They diagnosed it, fixed the issue, topped off the fluid and got me back on the road for around $100. My vehicle is running better than it has in a long time. I really appreciate the honesty, service and quick turnaround. Definitely recommend these guys.”

“I came here because I needed ignition coils Installed on my truck, The service was fairly quick, and the part was quickly delivered to the Jiffy Lube location, The conversation was great. Sadly, I did see a pregnant woman working and doing oil changes. Personally, if I were pregnant, I wouldn’t be working on cars or engines or near chemicals. But you never know what someone is going through and how much they need the money. And the pregnant woman is the manager there. Of course, there are laws saying that they cannot fire pregnant women. But I do think it’s unfair that she has to breathe in the chemicals.”

Turned out to be a small issue and they spent a lot of time fixing it (like 45 mins) without a thought. Def got my business for the life of my truck! “Once I got into the service bay customer service was excellent. They kept me informed the whole time. I was looking for just an oil change, no aggressive up selling. The only improvement I could suggest is monitoring the lines outside. There were 2 lines. When the bay in front of my line opened up I let the car in the other line go in because they were there before me. When the bay in front of the other line opened up a car that arived after me went right in. I've been at there locations where when that happens, an employee directs those waiting so the person there longest is taken next.”

“The price of my oil change wasn't to bad, I did use a coupon, like just about everyone else does to make it affordable. It's the cost of the add ons that hurts your pockets the most. I would love to have gotten everything done they recommended and I would have been looking at hundreds upon hundreds of dollars. What I appreciated was that no one was pushy about doing any of the additional services recommended. They just letting me know what was found and advised I could come in at any point to get done, even just for one or two of those services that had been mentioned.”
“I've been going to this Valvoline for 10 plus years and they are always good to me. They tell you about things that can/ should be done but if you don't want to do it on that visit they are never pushy or try to hard sell you. Fast, honest and well priced.
Update 10/6/25: I already gave this place a 5 star years ago but they keep giving excellent service and they are so friendly. Honestly, this place is in my top 5 of any service, in any field, ever.”

“Everything was almost great , but was too costly.. Also, I was told my transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. Thank God, i did not do it. When I got ĥome , I read my manufacturer's handbook. It said transmission fluid needs to be changed every 150,000 miles under normal driving conditions. Also Valvoline suggests an oil change with semi-synthetic oil every 3000 miles. Manufacturers handbook says between 5000 and 8000 miles. What's the deal?”
“It was OK. I usually am very pleased with the guys doing my oil change, but there’s new staff. I had to ask them to Check my tires and put washer fluid in my container, And I asked why on my dash it was telling me that I needed an oil change now? Before the due date and before the mileage on my sticker and they couldn’t answer me. They were kind they were professional, but they didn’t follow through on the oil change this time”
