“I live in the neighborhood and have grown to love this place. I have taken my cars to a few other places around the NW corridor and finally stopped doing so. There is no reason to bypass BP and spend more time, effort, and yes money elsewhere (other places have crushed me on prices.....BP seems very fair). It's not fancy like the new bigger shops, but they get the job done in a timely fashion at a fair price. I have had far worse experiences at one of the fancy places.....like bringing my Camry back three times for the same break job and sinking $1,600 on rear breaks alone. What a disaster.”
“They were able to get my vehicle in the next day. They had my vehicle in the shop first thing in the morning and text me on what they found wrong with my vehicle. They text a detailed breakdown of what they found wrong and the price. I am very satisfied with the customer service.”
“Had a major steering repair done there. It did take a week to fix, and three months later the Sam problem happened. They did fix it again without charging me. The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.”
“Yesterday, as I was pulling into Clifton E. French Regional Park, my van had a significant amount of smoke coming out from under the hood. I was with my three kids and I'm 7 months pregnant so I called my dad who lives near by. My dad helped me figure out there was a pinhole leak on the t inlet outlet heater core and it was leaking coolant. I live in Chanhassen and I was worried about towing it and getting it fixed on a Friday. Plymouth VIP Auto was able to be there within 20 minutes to tow my van into their shop and had it fixed within an hour. I really appreciated their customer service and quick turn around time. I even got a code for a free car wash! I would definitely recommend this business.”

Yes, sometimes it will take a little while to get an appointment, but it is well worth the wait to have someplace that I can trust fix my car...and I always trust them!They are welcoming to everyone. “The exhaust fell off my car driving down 169. I walked to the Champlin Sinclair station and asked if they could help me. They walked down the road the where my car was. The guy crawled under my car and said he could probably reattach it while I wait. They immediately removed a car from their bay and drove my car in. They replaced a few rusty exhaust clamps and put everything back together. I was in and out in 30 minutes for $60. Super happy. Everyone was super nice and thoughtful! They really saved the day for me!”

“Came in to quickly check on availabilities of a few items that are not available at the Costco closest to us. I noticed the price much lower than I had paid on a large item recently. The customer service staff worked diligently to make sure that the difference in price was honored, involving 2 associates and a manager to make sure my experience went smoothly. It is an utterly odd experience to actually leave Costco with more money than one walked in with; nonetheless, I will assure there is ultimately diligent customer service and great attitudes even in this rare case! Great job Serenity(returns), Kevin(mgr.) and the other Returns associate whose name (I am sorry!) escapes me.Also, this seems to be a Hopping, high-volume, fun location!”

“The employee's are in need of an attitude adjustment and the new policy of holiday corporate is that if you buy a pack of cigarettes they need your driver's license to scan it into a database so they can keep track of you showing your ID is not acceptable and they will not sell you a pack of cigarettes they have to scan it and that is unacceptable to me . I don't want to be in Holidays database of customer information from my driver's license. The information on my driver's license is personal and confidential that only I are a police officer needs to look at and scan to collect information about me not holiday.i will not buy anything from Holiday station stores because they are violating my personal information for there gain.”

“Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”

“You don't see many new Super America's popping up these days. I'm actually surprised Holiday or Kwik Trip didn't grab this spot. It's in a great location and they finally removed the old run down car wash and replaced it with this. While this particular Super America is pretty nice (since it is new) I still prefer Kwik Trip or Holiday for customer service over SA. When I went inside, only one clerk working and of course no one else in site. None the less because of it's location and because it is new it is one of the nicer stations in the surrounding area. If you are digging an Icee, might wanna swing through while it's still nice.”

“I just read a comment from Tiffany McQueen giving this gas station one star because they fired her daughter because They thought her daughter wasn't a great fit for the team, That hasn't nothing to do with the quality of the business. Because this place is very clean it has one of the friendlies staff and are awsome. just because her daughter didn't fit with their team it doesn't give you the right to give them one star. the place is clean the places is very organize the prices are very reasonable the staff are very friendly. I will Recommend anybody to stop by and check them out and make your own opinion about them. Because they are on my list of top 3 gas stations haven't tried the car wash yet but I will soon but just go in and check it out for yourself and talk to some of the employees. They are some of the most nicest people ever. that place is awesome I hope they were 24 hrs. bottom line is you can't give a place one star just because They fired your daughter because she wasn't a great fit for The team.. That sounds more like your daughter's problem then the companies because the company has an over all score of 5 stars so don't try to diminish their standings just because your upset your daughter got fired... NOW MARK KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB... PS. GREAT CHICHEN”

“I would give it a 5/5 but for some reason the gas pumps in the fall and winter are very very slow! Took like 15 mins to fill my car. Otherwise if your getting 93 octane here it's the place to go. Car wash is good as well.BP please look into why the pumps pump slow even the other 2 guys pumping gas said the same thing.”
