“I live in the neighborhood and have grown to love this place. I have taken my cars to a few other places around the NW corridor and finally stopped doing so. There is no reason to bypass BP and spend more time, effort, and yes money elsewhere (other places have crushed me on prices.....BP seems very fair). It's not fancy like the new bigger shops, but they get the job done in a timely fashion at a fair price. I have had far worse experiences at one of the fancy places.....like bringing my Camry back three times for the same break job and sinking $1,600 on rear breaks alone. What a disaster.”

After the service, Pete showed me the digital inspection, and took time to answer my questions. (There is a kindness that comes through him, that's beyond just giving good customer service.) “These guys are amazing! I was having issues with the transmission in my truck and I was recommended to come see Chris and the crew for a second opinion after a long drawn out battle with the dealership. The issue that the dealer stated "wasnt a concern" was quickly recognized by Chris on a short test drive the very same day I picked my truck up from the dealer that didnt want to help me. Chris and his team got to my truck in a very timely manner and worked with my warranty company through the entire process to get my transmission replaced. I would highly recommend Chris and his team!! 10/10 Thanks guys!!”
“First time experiencing jpt Services I personally do not have my car there but we pulled my son's car there looks like they have plenty of business and very little room to Park which is unfortunate as their landlocked but I will have a further update on the rating once my son has the work done on his car of which he brought to a different shop for two previous problems. So hopefully this place as my son says comes with good reviews and I will leave an accurate one when I finish having them work on my son's vehicle but so far it looks high quality and professionally run .”

After the appointment they recommended a few more services I did/will soon need, and Garrett was helpful in each. Didn’t feel pressured at all to agree to anything else.”

“Great company to deal with. Steve and his team were very honest and forthcoming in helping solve my transmission issues on my 2019 Silverado. We were told by our dealer that the transmission needed complete replacement but after getting a second opinion from Kennedy, they were able to find only a minor fix was needed. They could have taken advantage of the same advice the dealership gave to get themselves some more money but they instead did the right thing and saved me thousands. Highly recommended!!!”

I initially just got it inspected and it was free but went in to get further testing. Only 4 stars because they left my lights on when I got back to my car.
