She stayed late to She stayed late when we came in later that evening when all of our family was able to get together to let us say our final goodbyes. It was the whole team that made it special and comfortable for us. We will forever remember that moment and how positive we get to remember our goodbye to him. “Dr Eisenschenk is the ONLY reason my sweet 12 year old rescue dog is able to enjoy the summer now. The doctor and the whole clinic staff always go above and beyond for us. She got my dog on an allergy regimen that has improved his quality of life by 100x. She also added us on to her busy clinic yesterday when his allergies were flaring up and I felt so relieved that I cried after in my car. “Unfortunately our visit to the vet clinic wasn't for a good reason. We travel full-time in a RV with out 3 cats. One of the cats was 17 years old. From a recent vet visit we knew Allie Cats time was drawing near. About a month lster, while staying in the area she became extremely ill. We googled vets in the area and found Cats Preferred Veterinary Clinic. We liked everything that we read about them. Being just a cat clinic was ideal as well. We knew that we most likely she wouldn't be coming back with us. Once there, our fears were confirmed. I must say that everyone we dealt with was very compassionate and caring especially Dr. Shirley. She went above and beyond for which we are very thankful.”

“I recently adopted a dog and decided to take him to Rum River Vet because the vet we previously used retired. You never know what to expect with a new place. However, I was very impressed with the facility and the level of care and attention that my dog received.
They also went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable by using a treat feeder mat which distracted him when they drew his blood.
I also noticed that they try to make vet care as affordable as possible, which is always helpful. I was able to use a new client coupon which entitled him to a free vet visit and exam and I also received a free Heartguard tablet. I would definitely recommend Rum River Vet.”

“When my regular vet could not get our 12 week puppy in due to no openings in their schedule, I was referred by them to Andover Animal Hospital. Our puppy was vomitting and lethargic.
The receptionist was amazing, asked lots of questions, told me to bring him in right away and they would bring him back right when I arrived. The tech and doctor saw him right away. They were very thorough and spent a lot of time analyzing him and making sure he was going to be okay. They went over our options and really helped ease my concerns.
They did some test and were able to get him to eat. If symptoms continued, they explained the next steps and when to bring him in again.
By that evening he was back to himself and feeling much better. I just want to thank everyone at Andover Animal Hospital for their urgency and willingness to see us right away. I think we will be making this clinic our permanent home for all future visits.”
“The staff at Camden Pet Hospital is always warm, welcoming, and compassionate. When our pup injured herself chasing squirrels (another story), we were concerned about infection. While they couldn't get us in right away, they provided options if it was an emergency (we didn't feel it was) but got us in within a reasonable time (a couple days) and gave her a thorough going over. They also made sure we had the supplies needed to keep the wound clean to promote healing. We so appreciate the people here and are glad they are there for us.”
