From the minute you walk in the door, that hometown helpful feeling is there. My grandpa owned a hardware store, and Bill's team brought back great memories! Plus, they've got a better selection than the big box stores.

The staff greeted me when I came in the door and inquired what I was looking for. I wanted something they didn’t have in the store. They let me take photos of something similar. I also needed Ice Melt and again the staff found it for me. A good experience!

A fixture in Crosby MN. has gotten better with the new facility. Great people and service... keep up the good work! (Not sure why, but this review of a Crosby MN Ace, Maps has shifted location to another Ace a few miles from my home location. The Otsego store is very nice too)
