“I was up for a short period of time to place a loved one in a higher level of care for nursing home, and my lawn was quite long so I decided to take a moment to mow. My belt broke immediately. Now I can either drive 600 miles to get a belt from home and come back and mow another time and longer grass than it already is. Or I can try my favorite local hardware, etc. store and sure enough Michele was kind enough to take my call and help me through making sure they had the part and when I walked in the store She saw to it that I was in and out quite quickly with the right part. I got it put on and back to life after mowing she saved the day such a nice store to have in this community and so nice to have people that care enough to take the time to see to it that they made your life a little better! thank you so much! And give Michele a raise. I think she deserves it.!”

“I came in this morning to grab a T-shirt and hangers to break up the long drive I have...... That was at 9:30 this morning It's 1:30 in the afternoon I'm on my way out of the store I went in this morning for hangers and a shirt and I left with All of the things that are available in the store. Had wonderful service everyone from staff members on the floor who approached me to see if they could help me find anything and they they could and did. The woman who checked me out was super friendly and conversational which was nice cuz I had a very very large purchase that took quite a bit of time. I didn't catch her name or the name of the manager who helped me on the floor. Gwen was incredibly helpful as well. She helped me carry all my items over to the checkout because I kept dropping them and I had to run out to my car to go grab my wallet so she watched my stuff for me. And since I had to take multiple trips out to my car another associates named Josiah who is out in the parking lot went out of his way to see if there's anything that I needed or any help that he could offer and I was like actually yeah would you mind running into the store for me to grab the rest of my items so I can finish my life-size game of Tetris that is my vehicle right now. I got to say this has to be hands down one of my most fun trips to Walmart of all time. Well done Walmart of Park Rapids ? #nailedit!”
