This is the worst Verizon store ever!!Hasn’t changed from 3 years ago when they couldn’t help me. Fast forward to recent time- I called the store beginning at 1:00 pm yesterday, even left a voicemail asking for a return call, that I haven’t received, drove to store, dark inside and closed. (Friday- 4:30 pm) I tried calling today beginning at 11:00 am and it is now 12:30, and still receiving same voicemail that they are helping customers, so it says.

My elderly mom was told that she would get a $150 credit on her old cell phone if she purchased a new one at the Park Rapids location. 9 months and countless calls later they still haven't fulfilled their promise.

I went in to purchase a new iPhone! The representative (Levi) was great! He understood the device and was able to find a loyalty discount available on my Verizon account. That means I left with a iPhone 13 for an extremely low price. I will return to the Verizon Dealer for my cellular communication needs.

Not a happy customer. The screen protector was cracked when purchased, the employee that sold it to me said to call in to the retailer that it comes from. 1 month later I received it. Also the otterbox broke when she put it on my new phone. I gone to Walmart and purchased one for $20 cheaper.

I bought a new phone in September 2021. They had a promotion that if you trade in your phone you get 700 off a new one. Each month I was checking my bill and the discount was not applied. I went back to the store twice, each time they said it will take a while for the promotion to be applied. The third time I went back they said because I don’t have unlimited data the promotion was rendered invalid. What?! They didn’t tell me I had to have unlimited data to get the promotion when I bought the phone. I feel scammed :(

If you've been without your phone this time of year, well say no more. Dropped my S10+ from top of ladder while taking photos of outdoor decorations. Staff had an $800.00 discount for me on a new phone, got an S21+. Victory from the jaws of defeat, holiday time to catch up. Thank you, great service, team knows their stuff.

Stopped in to get a phone taken care of and the store was not open. What is posted on Google says open until 8pm. Its 630 pm now. Very disappointed

Great experience with the staff here; very friendly and professional. I had to order a Google Pixel, they didn't have this model of phone on hand- however it only took a day or two to arrive. Was very busy customer-wise both times that I was here so plan for time just in case.

Zack was great...only person in the store! Hot, hot, no air conditioning. 4 people in the store when I got there. Took me 2 hours to get out, he waited on all people in there in between. More came & left, felt sorry for him but, wow...why does it have to be so painful for all of us? D****
