Works well for me in Pine Island and I work 100% from home online and usually have multiple kids streaming something. Staff is friendly and helpful if we ever need to call about anything. We do have the fiber at our home.

Poor service. Had new cable run to my house 2 years ago. Still not hooked up.

Not happy with their monopoly. I have opportunity to work from home, have all equipment at my home to do this. Employer requires minimum upload speed of 10+ megabytes.
