“A couple weeks ago I broke my leg and had surgery. I’ll be in a cast for 12 weeks and can’t put any weight on it. As a single mom, even the simplest things have become overwhelming, and my girls have had to step up in ways kids shouldn’t have to.
Tonight we were trying to get things packed because we are moving. I needed to get propane and gas for our heater so my girls wouldn’t be freezing while we worked. With my leg, I couldn’t do it myself, so I sent my 13‑year‑old in to ask the cashier for the propane exchange. She tried twice but came back out frustrated. On her third attempt, Jacob walked out with her, carried the heavy propane tank to my truck, and loaded it in.
At the same time, my younger daughter was struggling to fill the gas can in the cold. Jacob stepped in, filled it for her, and let her get back in the car to warm up.
To anyone else, this might seem like a small gesture. But when you’re struggling just to get through everyday tasks, it means everything. Jacob didn’t just help with propane and gas—he gave me and my girls relief when we were all so overwhelmed, & he reminded me that kindness still exists. I’ll never forget it. Thank you, Jacob.”
“One of the best chain stores around. The fuel is great, actually its beyond top tier. The nice thing that I like about these newer stores is that I can walk into the store and always know where to find the soda coolers, and the donuts. Everything is always fresh. Had a good chicken sandwich and the salads are always fresh.
The lot is big so there is room to move around other cars, and I like that fact that there is a CAT weigh scale.
Overall, this is a great store and the staff are friendly.”

“Today I needed gas. I’m not from the area and I wanted to use my Hyvee rewards. I only have a key fob. After failing at the pump, I went inside and talked to a delightful female cashier with blonde-ish hair and pink glasses (I’m so sorry I’m bad with names!) she helped me and explained how prepay worked with a card. I’ve never done it before inside. Always at the pump.I went back inside because I wanted the receipt for my “fetch” app rewards. She was so kind and helpful. Even gave my daughter a fist bump! Thank you so much!!! 6/26 was the date of transaction.”
“Love this location! I have been a consistent Kwik Trip shopper and this location has been my favorite. They have been the best for cleanliness, consistency of keeping the Nitro Coffee units refilled and my favorite part is the staff. We know each other by name and they are so welcoming. “This Casey's helped us out a lot in a tough situation! My young son got carsick on a road trip from the Twin Cities to Iowa and threw up all over the car just outside of Zumbrota. The station gave me some cleanup supplies to tidy up my car, and the nice attendant gave my other child (traumatized by vomit all over the car) a little treat to calm her down. The staff was generally pleasant with us. We eventually made it to Iowa and my son felt much better. Thank goodness for these folks and their kindness!”

“One of the best places to deliver! Coming here every single wee and never an issue. Load/unload 30min max. DRIVERS attention, don't break the seal, get company stuff to come over and do it. Otherwise it's a food safety and you can be rejected.”
“Stopped here one around 8 pm one night, hoping they would still have some personal pizzas. Unfortunately, they were sold out. But the friendly gentleman working offered to make a pizza. The service was quick, and the pizza was delicious. I give this store an A++ for customer service.”

“I love going to kwik Trip. The store was clean, besides floors being dirty, but hey, its winter, you can mop and 10 seconds later they will be dirty.
Overall, this is a nice store, and easy to get into and out of. The customer service, Brandi, was very nice and was great to deal with. Had a great smile and attitude.
It was well worth the stop.”
