“Stopped here on my way down to Iowa to use the restroom and grab a few snacks and drinks… what I didn’t expect was the above and beyond customer service given by Melissa, I was with my older mom who noticed the little flower bouquets by the registers and commented on how cute they were, My mom had already gone back out to the car as I finished at the register, and Melissa asked me to hold on a moment… she grabbed her own card and bought my mom one of the flower bouquets, it was the most beautiful act of kindness I’ve seen in a while, and she absolutely made my moms night. Melissa, thank you! - Also if you are Melissa’s boss, you’ve got a good one and she deserves a raise!”
“Today I needed gas. I’m not from the area and I wanted to use my Hyvee rewards. I only have a key fob. After failing at the pump, I went inside and talked to a delightful female cashier with blonde-ish hair and pink glasses (I’m so sorry I’m bad with names!) she helped me and explained how prepay worked with a card. I’ve never done it before inside. Always at the pump.I went back inside because I wanted the receipt for my “fetch” app rewards. She was so kind and helpful. Even gave my daughter a fist bump! Thank you so much!!! 6/26 was the date of transaction.”

“This Casey's helped us out a lot in a tough situation! My young son got carsick on a road trip from the Twin Cities to Iowa and threw up all over the car just outside of Zumbrota. The station gave me some cleanup supplies to tidy up my car, and the nice attendant gave my other child (traumatized by vomit all over the car) a little treat to calm her down. The staff was generally pleasant with us. We eventually made it to Iowa and my son felt much better. Thank goodness for these folks and their kindness!”
“One of the best places to deliver! Coming here every single wee and never an issue. Load/unload 30min max. DRIVERS attention, don't break the seal, get company stuff to come over and do it. Otherwise it's a food safety and you can be rejected.”

“Stopped here one around 8 pm one night, hoping they would still have some personal pizzas. Unfortunately, they were sold out. But the friendly gentleman working offered to make a pizza. The service was quick, and the pizza was delicious. I give this store an A++ for customer service.”

“On Sunday Nov.17 around 8am stopped in for gas and brake fluid.Being short wasn't able to get my hood latched.The older woman that works there really went above and beyond to help me, and was very nice friendly. Give her a TY again , and appraise her for job well done.”

“The reviews made me so nervous that I wouldn't get my antibiotics in a timely manner- the prescription was sent over on a Sunday night after they had closed, and was ready the following morning shortly after they opened. Pleasantly surprised! Had someone pick the prescription up for me as I was working and they were in and out pretty quick, with nothing negative to say about the customer service :)”

“I love going to kwik Trip. The store was clean, besides floors being dirty, but hey, its winter, you can mop and 10 seconds later they will be dirty.
Overall, this is a nice store, and easy to get into and out of. The customer service, Brandi, was very nice and was great to deal with. Had a great smile and attitude.
It was well worth the stop.”
