Was greeted by name when I walked in the door, a nice gesture for sure! Waiting area was quiet. And drinks were available in fountain pop or a machine was available to get bottles too. Great customer service. Too bad car was wasn't working.

2nd time I’ve had an appointment and it was over an hour before they even touched my vehicle! Then it took longer than normal both times. Plan on sitting there ALL day!!
