Older man behind the counter is not a friendly should not be the front end of a post office. Regardless your customer request you dont make them feel less. I tried to explain thw situation and he juat looks very unlearning and that the customer is an inconvenience.

These people are the laziest delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with if my package shows it’s in pipestone delivery in the morning and doesn’t get delivered till the next day or 2 days later. These people are rude and need to step it up

The male that works at the front should definitely not be working here he makes this experience horrible I hate having to go inside I get anxiety nobody should have to have a experience like that. And I see that nobody will do anything about it either.
