“Traveling through Plymouth MN on a long trip, I experienced some problems with my truck. I stopped to get antifreeze but also asked if I could have them use their odbc machine to check out my engine codes. Jerry was kind enough to let me take the machine out to my truck and use it myself. Thankfully I'm back on the road with no problems. But Jerry's help gives me a great deal of peace of mind and I appreciate that. She helped me out in a tight spot.”

“I had a couple of older watches that needed batteries and I had looked a several different stores that carried batteries and none of them had either of the three batteries that I needed.
When I looked it up online and got directions I thought I knew where it was, but I did have difficulty in finding the place. It's a small sign mixed in with some other businesses and it's difficult to spot. I went to Batteries R Us and they had all of the batteries that I needed.”

“Employees are top-notch. I go there when napa fails. I am oftentimes looking for parts/filters for generators/ heaters etc. I don't have a "vehicle to just type in" The employee's will not stop tell you get your part. Warehouse is just up the street.”

“Headlite bulb burned out. I got it out of the socket but not bulb itself. worked with Justin on new bulb. He offered to help when i told him bulb replacement gave me trouble. Replaced all within minutes and sent me on my way. Very satisfied!!”
