Just there for a day conference as a PCA for my client, but there are many issues. First, the handicap accessibility is lacking on the public restrooms; doors are heavy and weighted to close, no handicap door openers. Plus, the restrooms are too small to easily maneuver a wheelchair around in and safely access the handicap stall. As my client had other friends staying at the hotel, we found out that handicap rooms are furthest from the conference rooms and closer to the pool area. This poses a problem for those without a motorized mobility device to get to the events they want because of distance. When I brought up my concerns to the management, I was informed that the hotel was built in 1983, so it wouldn't have to have those features. I found this to be a poor excuse for not upgrading to meet ADA requirements.

The conference rooms are good, the staff is nice, and the restaurant is good. BUT, the ac in my room didn't work, which turned out to be okay because the hot water in the shower also didn't work.Rooms: Bad ac, bad cold showers, but mostly cleanFood & drinks: Good

Horrible parking lot. Microwave doesn't work. Outlet by the beds didnt work. Nightstand drawers were extremely difficult to open. Called ahead to make sure the room was ready. Was told it was. When we got to the front desk we were told that the room wasnt ready. When we asked about why we were told it was ready before the lady said she never said they were ready even though 2 separate people heard her say they were ready. Definitely wouldnt recommend staying here. Theres loads of other better hotels especially for this price range.Nearby activities: Large shopping center just a mile away is the only upside to this hotel

I've stayed here twice and both times the customer service has been great. The rooms were very different though. The first time I had a room on an upper floor and it was neat and clean. The second time my room was on the lowest level. It was much older feeling and very dated.Rooms: Seem to vary based on where you stay.

Incredibly old and outdated in the rooms, elevators, showers and beds. Check-in staff not helpful. Almost to the point of rude. Shower is probably worst shower. I’ve seen in a long time. Water pressure was fine but the showerhead has a whole bunch of calcium on it so the nozzles are all spraying everywhere pipes are all old and sun flushed. The toilet gets scalding hot and burns you. There’s no AC in the rooms there’s a fan that you can either have on auto on or off but no cooling no heating so I have to leave the window open to keep the room below 70°.

Gorgeous interior layout with a gym and a pool.Rooms: Nice and small but designed well for comfort and accessibility.Safety: Very quiet and not much going on.Walkability: The inside is visually very compelling and it would be a great place to walk around and clear your mind.Noteworthy details: The plants were real.

Hot showers not included!!! Horrible service!Woke up to a non-functioning coffee machine and no hot water to take a shower! Staff was completely impolite, unhelpful and did not really comprehend the sense of urgency as I was there on business and needed to get ready and leave right away. Took at least an hour to be moved into a room that I could take a warm shower and rush to my meeting. This hotel is doomed to fail any time! By the way - had a similar issue with my shower a month ago… fool me once, fool me twice…

When I booked online, my confirmation said I would be charged a certain amount. But when I checked out, I was charged more. The room rate was the same but the taxes and fees were more than the online booking said it would be. What's with the inconsistency? Just be upfront about your fees! This is so sneaky and I've never had this problem at other hotels. I think they're overcharging everyone just by a few dollars so no one actually complains but they're dishonestly nickle-and-diming you, stealing your money. Look at your receipts folks, you're likely being misquoted and overcharged by this untrustworthy hotel.

I stayed here once before had no problems. That was 5 years ago. I stayed this weekend for a chess tournament. The bathroom was not clean, out of shampoo there was loose hair every where. I text the attident for house keeping at 6 they didn't show up Until 8:30. The manager boss seemed to busy to talk to anyone like it was an inconvenience to answer the guest questions. For the price of $300 total for 2 nights I thought that was steep for this quality. Beds were comfy. I'll probably go stay at the motel 8 next time. It seems pretty comparable to the crown plaza ?Walkability: Red robbin, crisp & green.

My family and I have stayed here 20+ times over the past several years. What more can I say, I enjoy staying there, highly recommend to anyone and everyone.. especially those who love taking sauna and there is a restuarant adjacent to the hotel.. However, the rooms could be remodeled, the decor is a little outdated, toilet paper holder was loose and ugly.. there was some mildew in the shower.. Will still continue to stay here for a relaxing weekend..

The room was fine for the price but I was charged more than I was quoted. I booked online with a quoted rate of $126.65 plus a facility fee of $6.33 plus lodging tax at $14.60 to equal a total of $147.58 ... but at the time of check-out, I was charged $151.56. Normally this would be fine but as I was lodging for the purpose of attending a conference, my employer was covering the cost of the stay. I am now in violation of policy with my employer as the amount charged is more than what was encumbered because I based on the quote from the online booking. I would have liked to have been made aware that the tax or lodging fees changed between booking and staying so that I could have notified my employer's business office *before* I was charged more than I was quoted. (yes, I understand that it's only $3.98 but it's a discrepancy that caused a violation of policy that I am now, personally, responsible for). It would be immensely helpful if the website and hotel were upfront and honest about total cost

I was here for a work conference. the buffet food line couldn't keep up with the people. The tech had problems during my presentation.
