Everyone remembers that day. I got coverage on my parents’ family plan through American Family Insurance.After college, I needed my own auto policy. I looked in the phone book and called the Randy Svendsen Agency in Plymouth. After purchasing a home, we added a homeowners and an umbrella policy. I stayed a customer of Randy’s and LuAnn’s agency until their retirement. We considered Randy and LuAnn to be part of our family. They met me as a single woman, saw me get married, have 2 kids and buy a house.Why did I remain a customer for so long? The service is outstanding and people who work for AMFAM care about their customers beyond just getting a paycheck.
