They went above and beyond my expectations and assuring her about moving her property and explaining the security at their facility. Also when she had forgotten the codes to all her locks they assisted getting them off and even went to a place to get special equipment to remove a difficult lock when they didn’t have the equipment there. I really appreciate the support from them both. I don’t rent here personally but if I needed a storage I would use them off the awesome customer service today alone.”

The employee even brought the truck around to us and explained everything we needed to know about the questionnaire you have to fill out online about the vehicle. After I gave up the mobile option, it was a good experience.”
