I called and had a great conversation with the rep who helped me actually to get set up. When I arrived onsite I had access to the storage right away. The customer rep onsite was super helpful. Since it is my first time renting a storage space, she gave me great insights. The storage facility itself is super clean, the loading dock is easy access and super spacious. The elevators are quick and wide enough, to access the units it is super easy, the rolling doors are easy to use, super clean. I love it and it is the cheapest one even in rural area..”
