“UPDATE: I brought my car back and the issue was addressed and corrected. I want to shout out the service recovery that took place. When I picked up my car today I noticed the entire front end of the car was touched up and an issue with my door was also corrected without any additional charge. Also, my car was washed and it looked like a show-car when I picked it up! I am very happy with my car and happy to leave a 5 star review.
Here’s my experience. I bought my car to Rays because of all the great reviews. Just needed a bumper defect repainted and was told 1-2 days. A week later with zero communication on the delay I picked my car up. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed it still had a very small but noticeable nick in the paint showing a small white unpainted area at the site of the repair. I brought this up as I was making payment and the resolution I was offered was some touch up paint so I could go home and fix it myself. Which I did do. I guess with a 4.8 rating I was hoping for a little better than this. Glad everyone else is having better experiences.”
“After being treated like a lady who knew nothing about a battery in Fridley today from the way this man looked me up and down to discredit my abilities to be handling a battery. I return to my hometown of gentlemen who didn’t waste time to help me from taking the battery from my hands as a walked in, listening to troubleshooting I had already attempted, values displayed for readings on the battery after attempting to charge for two days. Easy swap out with good hometown humans. Take notes Fridley Napa Princeton has dominated you hands down in customer service. Not every female is an idiot.”
“I have a Pro account for my small business and these guys are great! They have alot of parts/tools/shop supplies on hand, and if they don't have it, they can get it fairly quickly! Plus they deliver when I need something but am in the middle of a job. Saves me a trip to town, and allows me to get more done.”
