I didn't have to take time out of my lunch break to bring my car to a shop. Very convenient! He really did a quality job and was very efficient. “UPDATE: I brought my car back and the issue was addressed and corrected. I want to shout out the service recovery that took place. When I picked up my car today I noticed the entire front end of the car was touched up and an issue with my door was also corrected without any additional charge. Also, my car was washed and it looked like a show-car when I picked it up! I am very happy with my car and happy to leave a 5 star review.
Here’s my experience. I bought my car to Rays because of all the great reviews. Just needed a bumper defect repainted and was told 1-2 days. A week later with zero communication on the delay I picked my car up. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed it still had a very small but noticeable nick in the paint showing a small white unpainted area at the site of the repair. I brought this up as I was making payment and the resolution I was offered was some touch up paint so I could go home and fix it myself. Which I did do. I guess with a 4.8 rating I was hoping for a little better than this. Glad everyone else is having better experiences.”
