“At self check out, while I was loading my goods on the belt, I got a paper cut! Ouch! My son asked why I stopped helping and mentioned to him that my paper cut was bleeding. I was trying to look for some in my purse to sooth the cut. Anyway Tomooko the self check cashier over heard us and she with out me asking said I will get you a bandaid with a caring smile! I said thank you with relief! She quickly got the bandaid and handed it to me and all fixed up and I can continue on. I really appreciate her swift customer service! Thank you again Tomooko! ??”
