First of all I would like to say the staff is almost always friendly! And that is reason for the 3 stars. Everytime I go into this store to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast lunch dinner. There is never food in the hot case. A couple sandwiches and some tornado things. Coffee is luke warm at best. I got a chicken sandwich from the hot case a few days ago and ick. It was hard as a rock. Had I not been running late I would have brought it back. It went in the garbage. Today all i wanted was espresso drink and it was water that came out. Decided to make a coffee and it was luke warm. Generally Kwik Trips have a decent food selection in there hot case at all times. Coffee is usually piping hot.

HELP =(
After days of not eating i finally was able to want simple food at quick trip princton mn and I love it there. I brought my unvested service dog that is not legally required a vest. I was assulted to tears by an employee. She said I was a liar, store required vest and identification. I said ada doesn't so that doesn't matter. She says she's disabled AND HAS HER OWN SERVICE DOG and knows the laws. She said i am a fraud with no paperwork andto go outside read the rules. She didn't even ask if he did tasks. She berated me when I tried to explain ada protection an that in 4 years I've had 100% beautiful experiences everywhere. He's perfectly behaved. All over princton he's welcome. I was brought to tears as I'm getting off sucide watch and balancing out. I read the sign on the door said SERVICE DOGS ARE NOT REQUIRED VESTS. I I talked to a manager at night on topic outside the door but I want to know what they decide to do because i want an apology from that liar. I'm considering reporting the whole thing to the ada because of the appalling way she treated us. Also my dog behavior was perfect in store. Can I call and will a general manager tell me if she was removed from the company? If they do i won't go to ADA. I've also been in billion of these stores with my dog all over never 1 time someone said anything. She didn't even ask what tasks he does which I'd gladly list the litany. I told the manager I saw i no longer 1 feel welcome and cried like a baby but that original woman was so mean and I'm just off sucide watch
The manager said we're welcome anytime and I want to give her the benefit of the doubt she handled it. I want to post in our town bulletin boards. I just was finally able to eat after days and I wanted a potato. I just am really hurt and needed to get some thoughts that are rational. Hope this is approved

Always very nice to me and I am a regular customer.
Their homemade Chicken Salad is fantastic, staff are always friendly which is refreshing these days.

Disappointed as I keep getting the wrong item from hot food bar. Grabbed a dark meat chicken, arrived home and it was white meat. Grabbed 2 steak tornados, went home and point them to be some type of pizza tornado, that I already put hot sauce on because it was in the steak tornado section. Employees need to better put the food/signage in its appropriate place. I'm out 10 bucks.

Don't think about getting a hot snack here after 9pm. Hot case was bare. Worst kwik trip I've ever visited.

The service is always friendly. I used to go to kwik trip often to get fuel and snacks and food for my family and for myself.But unfortunately the princeton location rarely has anything out Or prepared or There's always a Some reason why they can't make you food.
