The building is kept up nicely and any maintenance that comes up is handled quickly and with good communication. Being a smaller building is a huge bonus too, management cares and communication is always good. Very happy to call Hearthwood apartments our home.”

“I’ve lived in a lot of places. There is no perfect place to live but The Springs at Egan Drive is great. They have a pool that is so fun in the summer and really builds a sense of community. They have valet garbage and the front desk staff is always attentive and efficient with any questions or concerns. I could have moved a year ago but I decided to stay because my kids love it here and it’s in such a great location. I will probably stay here for a while. It’s so beautiful in the summer too. The landscaping is magical and my balcony at The Springs my favorite place to be as the sun goes down on a warm summer evening.”
