“My car was horribly dirty. Like... driving on gravel with windows open, cattail fuzz stuck to dash, hadn't been cleaned in a few years dirty. When they were done, it was like a new car again. Very impressed. The new location is behind an auto shop. Keep an eye out for the green and white signs all over the place directing you.”

“My car needed an expensive item fixed. This shop gave me amazing service and a very fair price when I wasn't in a position to shop around. It is so rare to find an auto shop that is honest and very helpful. My dealership said 3to5 days was the earliest they could start working on my Jeep. “People talk about dive bars. Well, this is basically a dive self serve car wash. People brag about dive bars. I want to brag about this place. This car wash may not have all the bells and whistles as others, but this place REALLY HAS soap in the sprayer and in the brush. And if you want to talk about pressure. Holy WOW!!!! These sprayers have more pressure than three of them combined add any other car wash in the state. There is no need to exercise your arms after holding onto that sprayer for a while. My only real complaints are that I went around midnight on Memorial Day and the lighting in the vacuuming area is not the greatest and all of the trash cans were over full. (I’m sure because it was a holiday).I enjoy washing my car at a self serve car wash and it was driving through the area in my car. I needed it bad so I googled and found this place. I am very pleased that I did. I am a little bit disappointed that I don’t live closer so I could use it more frequently. If you enjoy washing your car as I do. I recommend this place 1000%”

“This is the best car wash around and right here in Eden Prairie. I got a new vehicle and am very motivated to keep it clean as I drove my last SUV for 20 years. Cloud 9 offers three levels of service and I get the gold. You can also buy 5 and get one free for whichever level you choose. The staff are professional and fast, but they are very thorough! I come here often and my car leaves incredibly clean. You can add a tip for staff in a couple of different boxes. My grandson LOVES the massage chairs in the lobby. As do I!”

“Dropped my car off to have the seats shampooed and a girl worked on them for 2 hours and got everything out. They were tough, set in stains, too, from mulch I hauled home. Really happy with that.Didn't realize you had to buy a full service exterior clean in order to get the seats cleaned, and that was an extra $22 on top of the $80 for the shampoo service. Don't see anything on the website about having to buy an exterior clean in order to get a specific interior service. No one mentioned it when I called to book the appointment, either.5 stars for the job well done on my seats, but -1 for the misleading info.”

“This is basically the run of the mill carwash that one would expect out of an automated wash. Reasonably priced for the quality of was you can get, they have both a touchless, and the giant rag tornado types. Top wash only costs $11 and there is a free vacuum station right after you exit the wash, well worth it.”
“I would like to express how much I appreciated my visit Friday morning. I’m an OTR truck driver so am in convenience stores daily. Lately it has been a frustrating experience to say the least. However, your store, WOWZA! it’s clean, well lit, shelves are stocked, great selection, lots of fresh food, love the health conscious selections and the real ? was the professional, courteous, friendly team members that seemed happy to be there. A special kudos to your kitchen manager I bought a little of a lot of different food items. Loved them all. I really hope to be through your town again very soon.”
