The United States Postal Service (USPS) is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While some customers have had friendly and helpful interactions with the post office staff, others have faced inconsistent service and challenges with mail delivery. Many customers praise the courteousness of the post office staff, who have been known to accommodate late arrivals and allow package drop-offs even after closing time. However, some customers have reported issues with mail not being delivered for several days, with no response to their inquiries. The USPS also offers an "informed" 30-day mail hold service, which allows customers to receive daily email updates on their held mail. However, this service has faced some resistance from individual post offices, with customers reporting difficulties in applying for and utilizing the service. Overall, the USPS seems to provide a varied level of service, with some locations and staff members offering a positive experience, while others struggle to meet customer expectations.
Walked in with 2 letters that needed stamps. 8 gave the guy behind the counter a 20. He cried and complained that I didn't have a small bill like a five or a one. I have never seen someone actually cry because they were asked to make change

Rarely ever get my packages delivered. Always has some excuse to not come to my door. Commonly states I am not home and could not get signature when I am home and also have the electronic signature set up. When I go into business the workers are rude and act inconvenienced.

Shay got assigned to my neighborhood recently and she is beyond helpful and so sweet! We haven’t had the most consistent service this winter, so having her is a relief!
