“I really like this UPS store in Burnsville. It's busy but they have a lot of employees and the like always moves fast. I have to ship things from time to time and I use Pirate Ship to print my own label to save time. They are always helpful and check my packages in for me. Plus it's convenient right off 42. The only downside is the parking lot is small and busy so you have to be careful or you will be run into. For what ever reason, some people drive like maniacs. But the store is great.”

The clerk who helped was thorough, figured out how to address the envelope so it mailed correctly and took initiative asking another colleague for help. It was great I was impressed! “Devin at this post office is a saint! Last Thursday there were 16 people in line to mail packages and he didnt appear stressed out. He very calmly and efficiently greeted each person and got their packages ready to go. Unfortunately nobody made any attempt to use the self service kiosk. People get impatient and upset to see lines, yet they dont use the kiosk, which is very easy and fast to use. This would make the line at the counter smaller and help Devin and the other employees. Cmon people! The kiosk is a piece of cake. Use it or stop complaining about the line!”
“The gentleman who helped us (his name was Jeff) was amazing! He came out to look at how much we had for shredding in boxes in the car. Then Jeff helped us bring it all in. He was so polite, with his arms full he still held the door open for ME! They could do 70 pounds of shredding and were so helpful in getting it all done for us.”

“If you need your shipment(s) to arrive safe and sound and on time, you need to go to this FedEx location and ask for Cesarine Ntanga. She surpasses all expectations and has never failed me. Her employee that helps her out handles shipments with just as much care. I now travel from my business the extra 15 minutes just to have this facility handle my shipping. You will not be disappointed.”
“Very graceful. This place services duty free products. The delivery teams are the best in the industry without a doubt they work extremely hard and keep good organizational skills showing clear experience, they dress well, and communicate well. They have snacks and drinks/much more needed a proper smoothie/food bar would be great.

They should service a workout facility/break room with cots to rest as such/on site showers. If you work too fast you will end up helping others! They need to do more firing of staff and definitely way more hiring. All jokes aside there is a mix of policies and standards that are not at all acquitted by management, but, they will hassle you over little things like reorganizing your truck and getting behind on work when in reality that is less than 5 minutes of your time at the end, perhaps, either fix it from the start or provide sticker printers. There’s a definite lack of staff at the facility as well. Anyways, it is worse seeing 100 pound people lift 100 pound packages, they talk about being innovative but are not fully capable of showing so. Provide drink caps/backpack water and maybe squat belts, proper gloves, if you are not washing your hands they will be black. The fans in the work place suck they half work and the overhead ones are never on? Truck driver had a heart attack while on the job shows the not understood standard required by I am sure state and federal mandate/law. There is a lack of signage outside and maybe a small bridge because people are walking around in potentially harms way everyday getting yelled at by a robot machines. Security at this facility should clearly improve, playing on there phone, not requiring sign in and out unaware of who all is entering at any time. Managerial room is closed without windows maybe change that and do a one way view of the work floor. Work areas have no sit down area for a short moments break or recovery either.

“I've gone to this post office (and had my mail delivered by it) for the last 10 years, and while it can be a little slow sometimes, I've never had bad service. The employees have been polite and helpful. My only negative is long lines in December (which is to be expected). I'm just grateful we still have a federal post office service that is cheaper than the for-profit services. Thank you post office staff who make everything happen in front and behind the scenes!”

“I have been here a dozen times over several years for multiple things and have never had issues and was usually out of the store in 5 minutes.
A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.”
“I had a large box (coffee table) to return. Amazon was going to charge me $300 in shipping, which was more than I paid for the table. The guy at the counter gave me a number to call at Amazon and they straightened everything out. I wish that I could remember his name. He was very helpful and friendly!”
