“Had a package that was marked as delivered but wasn’t. I drove to the post office that same day and asked about it. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me an explanation right away and told me that the package was delivered to one of my neighbors. I was told that they would contact the post master to have it resolved. To my disbelief I got a call from Abby a couple hours later who told me that she contacted the driver and was able to figure out what happened. Abby and the staff took the problem seriously and got me my package in the same day after correcting the mistake. Never seen that before from a post office and I was extremely impressed.”
“We had them ship a very delicate family tea set. Sabrina did such an amazing job , carefully double bubble-wrapping each piece and it arrived today in perfect condition! I highly recommend using them as they are so careful and responsive to your needs providing great customer service!”
“They have a new drop-off kiosk and the employee was super helpful and friendly about it. You can tell it’s a new process that they are likely repeating to people over and over but the dude was nice enough to not be a jerk about it on a weekday an hour before close.
The store is also really big and quite clean. I’d definitely ship my pants here.”

Thank you for always accommodating our requests and all of the custom orders we have. Today the order was just BEAUTIFUL! “Great service here. I needed a couple letters mailed with guaranteed delivery and one of my addresses is different. The clerk who helped was thorough, figured out how to address the envelope so it mailed correctly and took initiative asking another colleague for help. It was great I was impressed! I've had many great experiences here and they do a great job. Kudos!”
“The guy who does the photos is always super super helpful and explains really well what their machines can do. He saved me a ton on my photos when I had to get them rush printed for a portfolio and waited there to help me decide. Their employees are the best and should all get a million dollar raises in my opinion, super professional and helpful”
“Devin at this post office is a saint! Last Thursday there were 16 people in line to mail packages and he didnt appear stressed out. He very calmly and efficiently greeted each person and got their packages ready to go. Unfortunately nobody made any attempt to use the self service kiosk. People get impatient and upset to see lines, yet they dont use the kiosk, which is very easy and fast to use. This would make the line at the counter smaller and help Devin and the other employees. Cmon people! The kiosk is a piece of cake. Use it or stop complaining about the line!”

“Todd specifically at USPS goes completely above and beyond. We live in a new construction development and had an issue with a parcel box. Todd took time out of his day on the weekend to come by and check for our package and found it in a different parcel box near to ours. I highly commend Todd at USPS for great customer service.”
“The gentleman who helped us (his name was Jeff) was amazing! He came out to look at how much we had for shredding in boxes in the car. Then Jeff helped us bring it all in. He was so polite, with his arms full he still held the door open for ME! They could do 70 pounds of shredding and were so helpful in getting it all done for us.”

“It must be emotional distress to have issue with your package being delivered at the front door, mostly FedEx drivers compare to Amazon drivers don’t have access to apartment complex which is why they leave package at the front door. Amazon locker wasn’t invented by FedEx, it was invented by Amazon. FedEx are contractors that deliver your package, they don’t associate with any of Amazon locker very rarely they would use it if they have access to it to get into the apartment building.”

“I have been here a dozen times over several years for multiple things and have never had issues and was usually out of the store in 5 minutes.
A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.”
