It is so bad in so many ways and so poorly run. Nobody cares. Complete lack of communication. It’s like you’re talking to the wall. Never in my life have I seen anything like it!

Im getting tired of trying to get packages Stuffed in mailbox that should be left by door. This last package i almost didnt get this one out. I try not to complain but this keeps happening. I should not have to put my arm in mailbox and gave to fight to get it out.

Prior Lakr location. Woman at the counter (salt & pepper hair, in her 50's or 60's) is HORRIFIC!! Extremely sour & entitled attitude. Treats customers like they are scum!! This was from 2 different people on 2 different occasions just days apart.
