Walked in with 2 letters that needed stamps. 8 gave the guy behind the counter a 20. He cried and complained that I didn't have a small bill like a five or a one.
I have never seen someone actually cry because they were asked to make change

Rarely ever get my packages delivered. Always has some excuse to not come to my door. Commonly states I am not home and could not get signature when I am home and also have the electronic signature set up. When I go into business the workers are rude and act inconvenienced.

Shay got assigned to my neighborhood recently and she is beyond helpful and so sweet! We haven’t had the most consistent service this winter, so having her is a relief!

Never seen anything more incompetent!
I've lost track of how often the mail carrier on my Mushtown Rd route has left the door open on my mailbox despite writing on the inside of the door to close firmly after delivery! So often I go to get my mail and find the door wide open and the mail wet from the rain or the box full of snow and numerous times when windy, the mail would be laying in the street or my road ditch! I've gone to file a complaint with the Postmaster numerous times with NO results. It's no wonder with service like this that the Postal Service is losing millions of dollars every year!
I'm glad there's talk of revamping the Postal Service, fire every one of them and start over from the ground up with competent employees!
I don't feel I should have to pay for a PO BOX and have to drive into town to retrieve my mail to keep it from being destroyed!
On several occasions I've put mail in the box for pick up and raised the red flag, the mail would sit in the box for a couple days before I take it out and drive directly to the post office, go inside to question why mail isn't being picked up in a timely way, the person at the counter told me that mail doesn't get picked up unless the carrier has mail to deliver!

Recently had leg sugery can’t go outside, called the post office practially begged to have my package put between the doors so I could get it. . Did they do that nope left outside in front of the door thanks for nothing

the worst post office.. if you need to send a parcel so that it arrives quickly then never! Never! do not use their services, my parcel to Chicago has been going for 10 days already, I used priority mail.. and no one can give an answer when my parcel will arrive, no one can do anything.. no one cares...

I was Denied my own package not once but twice, TWICE and it was by the same lady.

I arrived just 3 minutes after closing, and when I tried to enter, the employee immediately told me, “WE’RE CLOSED,” in a dismissive tone. While I understand policies about closing times: the same employee then let a white woman enter right after denying me entry.
This feels like blatant discrimination, and it’s completely unacceptable. Everyone should be treated equally and with respect, regardless of the time or their appearance. It’s extremely disappointing to see this kind of behavior in a public service establishment. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures fair treatment for all customers.

Sandy at the front desk is the rudest person I've ever interacted with. She should be in the back sorting mail and not dealing with customers.

I ran in a bit late one time, and they still let me drop off a package despite it being a few minutes past closing time, and while they started closing the gate. They were INCREDIBLY kind, and I am incredibly grateful for that.
