“I didn't have my keys to my truck and unfortunately had to get it towed back to the house, I called numerous places for an estimate, and this company was the far best pricing and friendliest with fast service and always kept in contact! I talked to Cole(apologies if I spelled it incorrectly) he was kind and very informative and how long it would be and the cost. Knock on wood I don't have the experience with my vehicle again, but if I ever do, I would call this company before all in a heartbeat! Thank you ever so much for the help!!! Greatly appreciated! Definitely will be referring others if needs be!!!!”

“STELLAR service from start to finish. Our car ended up in the ditch - Dakota arrived promptly and handled everything with the professionalism and care. He safely pulled out our car, but went above and beyond by waiting on the side of the road to make sure our car was ok to drive…which it was not. So he loaded the car and drove us home. Dakota was friendly, reassuring, and made a stressful situation much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service - HIGHLY recommend this company!”

“*Towing Service * Steven was the employee who provided the towing service when I had a damaged rim and tire on 7/24/26; I am a travel nurse and I was heading out of state with a 6 hour drive ahead of me. He assisted with taking my car to Discount Tires in Duluth. Upon arrival, he went into the business and spoke to one of the employees there and ultimately he came back and said they were able to help me tonight; due to his help they were able to repair my rim and tire to allow me to get back on the road. Not only was he super friendly and professional, but he went up and beyond to help me. As a single woman who is traveling alone (and I was also traveling with my dog) his persistence and kindness totally restored my faith in the goodness people. I can’t thank him enough, and I am so grateful that I ended up working with this individual in a time of need. I hope his business recognizes how valuable of an employee he is and I will be forever grateful! 5 star business and employee!”

“I was in a jam, my truck's transmission went out on a weekend vacation at St. Croix state park. I was stuck and called AAA. I had it towed to deep rock auto in Askov they did a diagnostic and referred me to Hermantown transmission. I was able to get it towed to Hermantown Monday afternoon and I explained that I was stuck. They got on it right away and I had my truck back by Wednesday. They did an amazing job and I was able to tow my camper back home. I highly recommend Hermantown transmission. They were honest up front on the cost and did a remarkable job. They really care about their customers.”

“Amazing experience with this company! We were stuck in Port Wing with a dead SUV and had the best service from Ryan. Arrived in a timely way, figured out how to get a jammed gear shifter locking wheels onto the truck and then went above his duty to help my friend who had difficulty bending her knees get into the tow truck cab. We were in a tough spot and ended up safely back at our cabin with superior assistance by Superior Towing! Thanks again!”

“I've been having truck problems constantly since going to a different auto shop. After my truck broke down a 3rd time I quickly needed a tow to a more trustworthy repair shop due to being an essential employee. Nowhere else could look at my truck for weeks out. Thompson T-Express was able to tow my truck to the repair shop and get it fixed the same day. Staff were polite and prices were reasonable. Will be going here again in the future.”

“I recently needed my vehicle to be towed due to not starting issues. NASCAR Towing, LLC was contacted. Chase was the service provider. He communicated immediately providing arrival time update. Arrived on time. Was very curteous and tried alternatives before towing. I felt at ease and safe while being towed. I did not compare pricing so I can not speak for it. I needed immediate service and that is what I received. Highly recommended!”
