“I started my business in April of this year, driving my 16 foot box truck all around the country. Saturday turned out to be my worst day in business, as I shredded an almost new front tire after hitting road debris in Duluth, MN. I made it only around 15min out of Superior on 53S, and my tired exploded. Long story short, I spent over an hour stranded on a small shoulder of a busy highway with no resolve due to the complete ineptitude of my insurance company and their lack of knowledge. I was told my vehicle couldn't be fixed on the side of the road, and couldn't be towed without disconnecting the driveshaft, both of which were completely false statements. When not a SINGLE other company within 2 hours of Superior would help me, I came across Duke Boys Towing, and everything changed. Not only were they courteous, but they actually seemed to care about my dire situation as well, and jumped into action immediately! Steven showed up fast, and had me loaded up and ready to be towed to Pomp's Tire in Superior in no time. He even picked up my triangles off the highway and put them in my truck so I wouldn't have to be in harms way any more than I had already been. I almost broke down in tears as I was so happy that somebody not only answered the phone, but they were there and taking me out of this bad situation. I cannot say thank you enough to Steven for performing his job as such a high level of accuracy, and the dispatcher Abbey for being knowledgeable and smooth with setting this up. I am not trying to be funny or cheeky when I say all of this, and I really mean this from the heart. If it wasn't for Duke Boy's towing, I would still be stranded 5 hours from home on the side of a busy highway with no resolve in sight. I joked with Steven that he was glowing like an Angel when he showed up, but I mean it. I have a 9mth pregnant fiancé at home who needs me home, and Duke Boy's Towing made that happen. I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Much love to you all! ❤️✌️????”

“Spoke to Brian about transmission issues on a newer Chevy that is still on warranty. Just a simple call I made in the morning to get someone’s opinion and Brian went the extra mile by looking into various solutions and even contacting the warranty company and GM to help. These days it feels like you spend 100 dollars just to call a dealership about problems so it was encouraging to have someone knowledgeable about cars that is willing to help without emptying your bank account first.”
“Right when I'm about to go down to see my brother, my battery dies. My extended warranty hooked me up with these guys and that's when everything changed. Not only were they very knowledgeable about my vehicle that I was driving, they also helped confirm my suspicion of it being truly a dead battery and not an alternator or something else. The towing service i payed for was just to tow my vehicle back to my place for me to fix on my own. Little did I know I came across some very genuine and caring people. Guy payed for my battery and installed it himself in less than 15 minutes. All while him entrusting i pay him back at a later time. Words truly can't express how grateful I am for their services. I made it back to see my brother in a faster time than I expected! Thank you brother!”
“I've been having truck problems constantly since going to a different auto shop. After my truck broke down a 3rd time I quickly needed a tow to a more trustworthy repair shop due to being an essential employee. Nowhere else could look at my truck for weeks out. Thompson T-Express was able to tow my truck to the repair shop and get it fixed the same day. Staff were polite and prices were reasonable. Will be going here again in the future.”

“Alex is a Hero !! Excellent skills and so very friendly and helpful. We were out of town in North Dakota and my mom was unable to start her vehicle. Called their 24 hour number and Alex answered and he took my mom’s number and got in direct contact with her. She wanted to make it to her morning Bible study and Alex made sure she did. Came first thing in the morning and installed a new battery. I feel so blessed that we have such an amazing family owned company that cares so much. Thank you Alex for going Way above for us ❤️❤️??”

“Amazing experience with this company! We were stuck in Port Wing with a dead SUV and had the best service from Ryan. Arrived in a timely way, figured out how to get a jammed gear shifter locking wheels onto the truck and then went above his duty to help my friend who had difficulty bending her knees get into the tow truck cab. We were in a tough spot and ended up safely back at our cabin with superior assistance by Superior Towing! Thanks again!”
