“I usually don't shop at Festival Foods as it is a bit higher priced than County Market. I will say that the store was neat, clean and well organized. The produce was very fresh but the deli section service was slow. I was the only person waiting and there were two employees. Looked at me several times and we're just socializing. Finally I said "Um think one of you two could help a customer?" Looked kinda bothered that I asked. I'd give them another chance as other employees were more than helpful.”
“A place with very varied and cheap merchandise, it has several departments and easy access, very friendly staff and everything is labeled and well located, everything fresh in terms of vegetables, fruits and meats.”

“I haven't been to this MIKES in a while 2-3 years.They are smaller, compared to some of the others. The store was clean and organized. Selfs being restocked. The range of products was nice to see. Name brands. Fruits and vegetables looked good. Low prices for some items. Fun to find new items! They switched where you pay.Which is so much better. The older checkout may have had advantages,to see people in the store!! They now have another portion to the store,at the end. Treasures I have to check that out!. Staff friendly. Bring your bags for groceries. .”
“I like Dean's grocery store. It reminds me of Super Value and Country Club market back in the day. I don't even live in Oseo, Brooklyn Park near Champlin. If I'm in the area coming from Maple Grove coming down 93rd Ave, I'll stop there and pick up something because it's quick and easy instead of going in Hyvee or Cub foods. I've got a 4 pack of thin pork chops for $5.50 a pack very good price. That was not what I was even going in there for. The employees are always nice and kind and greet you.”
“The only store where you can walk out with a cart full of groceries for $80. Staff is always helpful, and hard working. The owner seems like a good gent as well. Very thankful to have this store in my area.”
“Overall the place is great. I am here almost everyday. I encountered a nasty employee today. She was totally rude and nasty. She has blond straight hair and a long face. There is another woman with crinkle blond hair rhat is great but this one with the straight hair is I think racist. She had no issue with the customer before me was laughing actually. I think she may be one of the managers but her attitude was horrible for working in customer service. I asked a question and she acted as though it was an issue to answer. The other employees are great but she is HORRIBLE. If do not like her job she can find another one.”
“went to get groceries for my mom, she was up here for treatment at mayo. couldnt use her ebt card to get a few things while she was here since it was from Iowa. had to travel to a different store. I normally really like this store but was not happy when this happen. the store clerk said they were working on it but she was able to use it last fall when she was up here for her chemo/ radiation treatments. when I told her that she responded as if i was lying. she said, " that can't be right cause they never excepted it" . well sorry but she used it. she was her for 4 months and this grocery store is the closest to my home.”
“Coborn's was a great addition to our visits home and happy to see this place on our vacations in MN. Large selection of fresh items and a seemingly very happy and friendly staff! Not very typical nowadays...I've heard some locals saying it's overpriced however I feel you get what you pay for and with a friendly happy staff and a large fresh selection of ready made items how can you pass it up! Also I don't understand why MN has the BEST selection of frozen pizzas ? with the”

“I was glad to see Aldi opening a store in Otsego. This store is brand new 2023 with a great layout. Unlike some Aldi stores, this one has a wide open entry minimizing congestion and allowing you to go to whatever aisle you need instead of being forced down the first aisle. If you are not familiar with Aldi, there are a few quirky things...- if you want a cart, it costs a quarter which you get back upon returning the cart. This is great in that there are not carts randomly sitting around the parking lot. - paper bags cost $.15 each so remember your own bags- they don't have everything like a large grocery store...but they tend to have the essentials. The Aldi store brand is great for canned goods, snacks, and crackers. - they have a constantly changing variety of "aldi finds" which range from a name brand product at a steep discount to seasonal housewares.”
“Pharmacists here are informative and helpful. I have not had an issue with any of my prescriptions being out of stock. I see Matthew most often, and he helps make sure I'm saving as much money as possible.”
“I’m on Medicare and just changed to Aetna from BC/BS, and was told my pharmacy choices and I chose Cub because of its location. Since moving to Monticello from northern Minnesota, I have used both Walmart and Walgreens, and had problems transferring prescriptions with both of them.Last week, I took to Cub Pharmacy a printout of my prescriptions, gave them the info for their system and was told they would get them transferred from Walmart. Yesterday I called to get 5 of them filled. The lady on the phone was very pleasant, pulled up my account, and told me each one was on my list and they would be ready today.This morning I received an auto call saying 5 were ready. I did call them to find out the total cost and if there would be a problem having my daughter pick them up for me. Again, the person speaking with me was extremely pleasant and efficient. So far, I am pleased as can be!”
“I just moved here a month ago and Cub pharmacy has made the transition of getting my medications simple and stress free. My medications are always ready when I stop. The staff is so friendly too. Thanks for being awesome pharmacists and staff!”
“You can always find something you need or want. My go to items every year is maple syrup, honey, and fruit. Multiple vendors for the same product. Which is really nice. Makes for a good variety and options.”

“Ive gone to this dollar general for many years now and ive found its a great stop by store. They have many products including a refrigerated and frozen section, meal food isles, shampoo isles, clothes isles, a makeup isle, many things for cleaning and storage, and we cant forget the animal products. The staff has always been friendly to me and helped when i needed assistance. One thing is they always seem be to under staffed so at times there are boxes or carts around the store, but hey what store doesnt have general stock up keep!”

“Cub Pharmacy has been amazing for me. Great customer service, knowledgeable in medicine, and they even know by name. Now, I've had a couple not so good things when I 1st started going here 15+ years ago but they have been good to me ever since. I won't go anywhere else. Walgreens? Not good. CVS horrible. Target? They were alright. Didn't leave an impact on me. Cub is where it's at.”

“I have only had food delivered from here so far. Hoping to make it to the market and check it out one of these days. They are pretty quick with their delivery. All I can say is if you haven't tried their food you are missing out. Couple of my favorite things to get are the fried whole Tilapia which comes with a sauce on top and fried plantains on the side. My absolute favorite is the Egusi stew with fufu. The egusi stew is nutty, spicy, and tasty stew made with blended Egusi seeds, pepper and leafy greens. It has a variety of meats in it. My favorite is smoked Turkey meat in there. They also have a really good Jollof rice. Everything I have tried from here so far has been delicious.”
“Their quality of food is so noticeable compared to Walmart. Yes, there is a price difference between the two. But they do have decent deals and coupons that almost even things out. Sign up for the best savings.”
“This store is good, but really needs an update. All the signage and shelf's seem very old. Everything is arranged so differently than most other Cubs as well. Other than that, the workers and food was fine.”

“I do love all of the quality Of all the products. Everything is so wonderful. I just wish that they would keep a lot of the same things stocked. Cause when I go shopping. I want to get the things that I want. And she changed product and I'm not finding the same things.”
