“Plenty of parking, entrance to parking lot is kinda off set but not a problem. I like this store because the layout is mostly the same as the regular store. Clean and organized store, helpful staff. All in all highly recommend Harbor Freight and this location.”

“Went in around 7 on a Friday night looking for paint for our kitchen cabinets. Hayden greeted us and helped educate us on which paint is best and helped steer us in the right direction for best color. Was so patient being with had our 1 and 2 yo with us. Really appreciate the help, we were completely clueless on what to choose.”

“Bought a laundry tub faucet online and tried to install it, but it did not fit the copper water lines which fit my current one. Tried to return it, but it was past the 90 day return period. Lowes refused to take a brand new item back as it was past the 90 days. No offer of store credit. All they would have had to do was give me store credit which would retain me as a customer and put the item back on the shelf. Given their refusal, I will never shop at Lowes again. Never believed it would not fit and should have known about the 90 return period, but stores who really want your business will do things to keep you as a customer. Not Lowes. Again, will never go back!!
Lowes responded, as you can see, and I called their customer service number. They changed the return time frame on this one item to one year. I went into Lowes and told them I tried to return the faucet and was told I could not. I showed them the review and that customer service changed the timeframe from 3 months to one year. They took my item back! I told them that they saved a customer and that I will be back to their store in the future. I will just be very careful about their return policy timeframe. Thank you Lowes for the your understanding and one time change on your return policy! The star rating went from 1 to 5.”

“My wife sent me with a Pintress idea for flower boxes. I'm not that handy, so with great trepidation, I walked in to buy the lumber and supplies I needed. I showed my plans from Pintress to a few employees, and they suggested that I see Josh Herrick. Josh was fantastic! He cut the wood to the correct sizes and made suggestions to improve the design. He also found some clearance wood that was cheaper and treated! I was able to make two boxes for 1/4 less than one! Wonderful experience! I got his card!”
“Honestly it's still probably best all around hardware store. It's laid out well and the staff is well trained and the prices are good. You probably won't find the highest end stuff there but if you know what you need you can probably get it relatively quickly and easily there.”

I'm completely new to welding and am starting school this semester and they answered all my questions (there were many) and helped me find all the necessary items for my classes.
