“I had a fantastic experience here! I originally bought a water filter at Lowe's, but they didn’t even carry the replacement O-ring for the unit they sold me. I stopped into LeVahn Brothers, and an incredibly helpful employee took me straight to the right section. He perfectly matched my O-ring and even applied silicone grease to make sure it fit smoothly. The part worked perfectly! This isn't my first positive experience here. No matter how much you spend, the staff always treats you with total respect and shares their incredible knowledge. Highly recommend supporting this local business!”

“This is much like the old fashioned hardware store. The aisles are much closer together than a big box store. They are packing a huge amount of products and services into a smaller area. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The part I like best is that I can walk into the store with a bolt or screw and I can get help finding the exact match. Then I can just buy as many as I need, rather than a whole box.”
“Don't go there thinking you can find a tube of caulk or a wax ring for a toilet. It's not actually a hardware store. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful.”
“I was looking for a cheap durable rake, this one telescopes and sometimes it loosens on its own while your taking. Its cheaper than home depot, and worked great for raking peanut shells into a pile on my front lawn. I filled a 13 gallon garbage bag full of peanut shells. The rake does have 2 spots of plastic sorta wells on it that appear to be slots for putting screws thru to make the Assembly more durable i think. I could be wrong though. Still a big width tined rake for under 10 bucks he'll yeah. I had to rake up the peanuts because it was quite frankly an eye sore. Here's a photo of the rake I still havent put any screws thru the spots I suspect are for increasing longevity of the assembled pieces.”
“Found everything we needed but it took much longer than we expected. They only had one person in the paint department. She was fantastic but obviously overwhelmed by the amount of people she needed to help on her own.”

“Highly recommend you stop! I heard from my friend that the sandwiches are good. She wasn't wrong. The chicken bacon ranch was delicious! It was nice sized with a good handfull of kettle chips. Try the blackberry carmel smoothie, you will want another one! It has the perfect amount of sweet and sour. Thank you for the great lunch!”
“The 5 stars are awarded to two employees. Brian (Mgr) and I think Lloyd? (Customer Service). I had a complicated issue with a return and the computer system would not allow them to do what a different manager had approved. Brian stepped in and did what any understanding leader should have done. He listened (not something many leaders do) and made a decision. He did the right thing.”
“I go to this Home Depot at least once a week ( with Covid I have no life..and I'm doing some home remodel to my friends house haha). I'm a mechanical engineer for a huge construction company and I still need some help when it comes to paint, flooring, wallpaper disaster removal, and my awesome 9'-0" heigh axe throwing board and stand. Rich has helped me on countless items! He's my go to guy! Always helps me, if he can't help, he always directs me to the right person. I give this Home Depot 100%!!!”

“The reason why only four.. I really did not have a complex problem with looking for things. I asked one man that was working there and what aisle are the screws. He gave me the incorrect aisle and didn't even really care about anything else and just continue to walk away from me as fast as possible. Not impressed. So I ask my AI assistant for help. Yep instead of having a human help me at Home Depot I had to have an AI assistant help me. I have to find some wood screws for some outside work for my fence. I stood there looking at the whole wall of screws not knowing exactly which one I needed. So my AI assistant help me pick out the correct one.. But there was one woman who was working. Talking to my phone asking about the wood screws, she said... It looks like you could use some help. I said I would love some help I'm trying to decide between these two. She easily directed me over to a different wall and screws. Make sure I had the right length for for my project. I don't know how many male workers passed by me on the aisle not one of them stopped to ask me if I needed any help. It was not crazy busy at all. But I really appreciated the woman who took the time to help me pick the right wood screws. 😀”
“Good evening, I just wanted to acknowledge an amazing experience I had working with Chad at this store. He was the most kind and helpful person I have EVER dealt with any any Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards etc.
As a construction business owner I am constantly in different stores buying materials. And I rarely ever leave reviews of any kind. Chad came up to me in the flooring area and offered to check me out at his register. I told him I had to go to the front and he offered to push my cart up as well as ring me up. After that, he offered to help me load my materials in my car.
Whatever you do, please keep Chad around! I will definitely shop at Lowe’s more often because of people like him. Someone higher up that than the store manager please acknowledge Chad for going above and beyond what any employee has Ever done for me. Thank you.
