“1/10/23 Our doctor sent a prescription to Coborn’s in Ramsey: an antibiotic they were out of due to nationwide shortages. I didn’t catch her name, but an employee at the pharmacy called around, found another pharmacy with the prescription we needed, and transferred our prescription so we could get it filled tonight. I am so grateful to her for her additional help, she went above and beyond!”

They always greet me with a smile and in seconds of my arrival. I am a regular customer, so they know me by know, but they were great in the beginning and continue to be great! I highly recommend getting your RX's from this location!”

They take the time to know who their customers are, so when I come in for my prescriptions, I don't even tell them my name and they're already grabbing my prescription for me. Makes the experience that much better! And the staff are always friendly and available to help.”
“I had appointment on 02/24/25 @7am and unfortunately I got sick couldn't make it on time. The broker rescheduled me for 02/26 @8am came by today 02/25 @7am and they game me a dock. They do go by appointment and no overnight parking.
But five stars because they took me in since they know what happened.”

“Excellent experience! I was trying to find a certain medication and was facing rudeness when inquiring at other pharmacies. They were so, so nice to me at North Memorial MG pharmacy. They transferred over my prescription, held the med for me, and called me back promptly to let me know it was available for pick up. They also told me they'd do whatever they could to help me refill it in the future. Remarkably positive experience overall and I will be making them my primary pharmacy!”
“The usual bulk purchase Big Box store their competitors Costco or slightly peeling and customer service and for that reason they get my five star rating they are above board especially at the time of closing where if you need to spend a little extra time shopping they are not insistent that you leave immediately I rate that option above their competitor costly cold which I also have a membership with . . .”

“Was 'forced' use either Elk River or Albertville when Coborn's closed the Otsego Pharmacy. It was actually the best decision! The Elk River Pharmacy is outstanding, all the pharmacies and staff are kinda, helpful and very personable. Highly recommend the Elk River Coborn's pharmacy.”
“Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”

With the old elk River pharmacy shutting down, road construction and dealing with losing staff.. They still go above and beyond! Working long hours while helping people who may be cranky from life. “I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this pharmacy in the 16 months that I have lived in Rogers. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and more than willing to answer my questions in person and on the phone I have never had any issues.”
“Never any problems here in person or on the phone. They always communicate clearly and customer service is fine. When employees seem stressed it's usually because they are visibly slammed or dealt with someone nasty before you, but I've never had them take it out on us. They've been great about transferring Rx from other places and about switching over my son's insurance during some name change confusion post-adoption. I can't help but feel like so many of these negative reviews are from rude and/or impatient customers who just didn't get treated like the royalty they think they are entitled to be.”

“I almost don't want to share my review because I don't want them to get as busy as a Walgreens, but I have to say, this is the greatest pharmacy experience I've ever had. Everyone is so kind, patient, thoughtful and helpful it blows my mind. I sure hope it means these employees are treated right, because dang, they deserve it. I get so stressed out about filling meds and insurance, ect., the first few times I called where they were so nice and made it so easy and clear to me, I literally cried after because of how surprised and relieved I was. Pharmacists and techs have such a grueling and thankless job, I'd never expect this level of care and attention. So much sincere gratitude for everyone working at this lovely, lovely pharmacy. They are great on the phone and in person from the techs to the pharmacists. I had some issues with other Walgreens but this one is solid and was so happy to not have to deal with Walmart! “I came in to get a mandatory flu shot before clinical and I was greeted warmly by the staff as I stood in line. Jamie had helped me get set up and John, the manager, was the one who administered the flu shot. Great guy, very nice to talk with and before I knew it, I was done.
