“I had someone hire my husband to move some large items. I called Uhaul, Steve jumped through hoops to get the truck booked for me. I hung up and the person called back and had to cancel on short notice. I felt so bad calling Steve right back to cancel after all he did to get it booked but it was no problem and I was treated kindly.”
