Service associates are always friendly and helpful. I went for an oil change and tire rotation and had a concern about a noise in the front end. They listened to my concerns and investigated the issue and resolved the problem without judgement. Josh was even good enough to talk to my spouse on my behalf so everything was clear.

I have always found the service department to be very professional, helpful and kind. The entire building is very clean and the waiting area is comfortable.

I stopped in to Red Wing Chevrolet with no appointment in a panic because my vehicle fob starter was dead and I had no idea how to change the battery. The amazing CODY was there, as usual, ready to save the day again! After pranking me and telling me it was going to cost $185, 10 minutes later and only $5 lighter, I was on my way!!! Best customer service ever!!!

Josh C made this as easy as it could be from 1100 miles away the whole staff at Redwing Chevorlet was great to deal with Brian had everything in order the whole deal took less than 40 minutes I couldn’t be more happy. Thanks guys

This dealership and travis our salesman was amazing. They did a great job showing us what we asked for. We went in to trade for a used vehicle and we left with a 2024 chevy trax. Now most might think this is backwards abd they didnt give us what we were looking for but they gave us a great deal we couldnt refuse. Great service and wonderful experience. Will 100% go back when its time to trade
