The pharmacist seems upset and bothered by questions, his customer service is not great, I'm most likely going to go back to Walgreens in Hastings. One of the female workers in the back is similar to the pharmacist, they seem so bothered by me even stopping by for my prescriptions. I was so excited to have a pharmacy close to home but the vibes are just awful.

We moved to town early this spring and I have been very happy with all of my interactions with everyone at this store.

This has consistently been the worst pharmacy to deal with for well over a year. I'm a patient person and I understand that medication shortages are par for the course, but I have been lied to repeatedly that they don't have my prescription on file or my doctor hasn't reached out when I have written proof that that isn't true. If you need a medication consistently, they're completely unreliable.

I was treated, as a human being, going through a difficult time in my life, by this pharmacy. Wonderful staff

For the most part they have been good. Three days ago they told me my scripts would be ready by Wednesday.Come back Wednesday and of course not ready. They ask me to wait 10min. So 20 minutes go by and go to get them and was told others where getting shots so I had to wait another 10 minutes. So basically I waited an hour to receive my scripts not customer service.

Just had a very unprofessional and creepy customer service experience. I recently moved to Red Wing from St. Paul, and called to ask that my prescriptions be transferred-- simple, right? Nope: the person who answered told me that it's more work to do them all at once, and that I should call when I have a prescription ready in St. Paul to transfer it. I told her that I work a very busy job, and have many things to do because of moving, so it would be better for me to get it all done today, than to put off the task. She kept repeating that it would be too much work, and started speaking in a slooooow condescending voice. She told me to focus on other moving tasks instead of this one-- NOT HELPFUL. After 4 minutes of debate with this pharmacist about whether she'd transfer my prescriptions for me, I got frustrated and hung up.You'd think that'd be the end of things, but here's a twist: Pharmacist Brittney decided to CALL ME BACK and leave a vaguely threatening voicemail wanting an apology for being hung up on, and saying that if I don't she'll put in a note in my file.I've been a waitress, a teacher, and worked retail, and I've never experienced customer service this shockingly bad. This person should not be trusted with people's medical information.Edited to add: I called CVS customer service about the creepy voicemail, and they said I’d be reached out to within 48 hours by the regional lead. This was Saturday, and on Monday I received a phone call from CVS pharmacy. Thinking it might be the regional lead, I answered, but NOPE: ITS BRITTNEY! I kept it on speaker so my partner could listen in— she sounded irritated and was calling because I’d complained about her. I told her I didn’t want to talk to her, and she kept talking, so I hung up again. Then she called me back AGAIN!! So to me this says:1. I called CVS about a staff member’s harassing/not helpful behavior and voicemail.2. They registered my complaint.3. They allowed the person I made the complaint against to access my personal contact information to harass me again.4. THIS IS A PRIVACY/SECURITY ISSUE.5. I did get called by the regional lead that Tuesday, but was told I can’t know what action will be taken because “”HR policy.”

Ashish Vartak is the best pharmacist I've ever had in my life. He is knowledgeable, caring and very competent. If he went to another pharmacy I'd follow him there and I bet a great many of his customers would as well.

The staff at the Red Wing, Minnesota CVS are wonderful. Always helpful, courteous, and unfortunately constantly having to apologise for the CVS phone system and auto refill system. The reason for the loss of a star is because of the phone system and automatic refill system that will 1) text me to refill too early so not covered by insurance, and 2) text me that my refills are ready when the CVS Red Wing staff hasn't even received notification to refill them. I always call before picking up prescriptions to ensure they are ready and not rejected by insurance for refilling too soon. The staff at CVS in Red Wing are wonderful, so as long as they continue to do the great job they do making up for the shortfalls at CVS corporate, I will continue to use CVS in Red Wing. People make the difference. I hope CVS appreciates them.

Should be more concerned about oxycontin abuse in their parking lots than legal carry in their stores
