Super fast. Love the local technicians. Super helpful and informative. We had some problems connecting a satellite radio in my office Katrin in customer service was very helpful and explained what she was doing to troubleshoot. She and tech support were very patient. Highly recommend HBC and their local team of people.

Our experience with HBC has been great. We were having issues with so many people needing WiFi during the days in our house… switched to HBC and it’s been awesome! The installer (can’t remember his name) was awesome. And if we need help with anything Katrin is fabulous!

When we moved Katrin was great help with moving our account and answering questions about the speed of service we would be getting in our new home. Installation techs we out the next day to get us re hooked up and assisted us in best placement of modem & booster.
