Stay away from Grandma.
I felt conflicted leaving a not great review since this is my mom’s go-to Nail Salon however I want to warn others on the older nail tech lady. Beware!!!
This is my mom’s go-to nail salon: her nails always look good, she likes the service, and she loves the technician that sees her. I decided to gamble and go here to get acrylic nails for my upcoming trip. To say the least, I am disappointed with my nails. 3 of 10 nails are crooked, the design looks sloppy, and the woman left acrylic in the underside of my nails.
Not to mention, the lady was MEAN! She made me bleed 3 times while filing my nails but got mad at me?!
I corrected her/ specified what I wanted for nails just for her to get annoyed with me.
In summary good place, but not a good experience with Grandma. Lazy job on my nails and she made my bleed. Going elsewhere to get my nails redone.

Friendly people and clean. Used to be a great place but the last couple times I went in, I asked specifically for the tech to not cut down my nails too short and each time.. they did and im left having to deal with ingrown nails. I just cant go here anymore. 😩

I stopped in as a walk in this morning. As an exhausted, stay at home mom of 4 kiddos
& 26 weeks pregnant, I am hesitant to treat myself, but it was very needed. The lady who performed my pedicure (the sweet older lady working, didn't catch her name), was absolutely amazing. She went WAY above & beyond. The BEST pedicure I have ever had. She treated me to all the bells & whistles. Told me to take a nap & did several rounds of full lower leg/feet massages & hot towels. I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. I cannot recommend her enough. If anyone knows her name, please share with me so I can request her when I return!

I have very mixed feelings about this place. It used to be my favorite however the last couple times I have made appointments I have had to wait. Today I walked in and had to wait which I waited longer than told. I got the basic gel pedicure which was so rushed the sheet said 40-45 minutes and my pedicure wasn't even 30 minutes and it cost $50 - I asked the gentleman doing my pedicure a request and he didn’t even listen to me. It was towards the end and I then had to ask him if he was going to rub my feet and he said he had already done everything!!!!! It unfortunately was the worst experience ever and I don’t think I will ever go back. Overall the place is clean and some of the employees are great and do a great job but you need to be very picky on which employee does your service! If you do choose to go here request Anna she is amazing and would highly suggest!!

My pedicure was extremely rushed and when I got home I noticed the gel polish had bubbles in it.
The salon was clean and my nail tech was kind just not the experience you want when you’re paying $55+ for a service.

Anna did fabulous job on my pedicure today! She was so great and my hooves now look like feet! Love JNails! The new chairs are awesome too!

Very nice staff and the pedicure was great, however within like 2 days my acrylic nails started falling off and it was very disappointing because that is never the case when I normally get nails anywhere else.

she left significant amount of space between the cuticle, the shape was janky at the tips, and the length varied between the individual nails so my middle is longer than my index on BOTH HANDS ( very basic set ) (how did you mess it up)

Got dipp powder. Not even 24 hours later top coat chiped off 3 nails and nail a chunk came off. I should have read the reviews first ??
