We had the misfortune of meeting store manager Kenzie, during a recent trip to Menards. We were there to purchase an area rug, and requested some type of covering to keep it clean and dry for the trip home. Manager Kenzie handed me a 3 inch wide roll of shrink wrap. When I asked her if she was going to help me put it on, she said no. When I said, I guess customer service is dead. She proudly said “Yep”. When I asked to speak to her manager, she was pleased to inform me that she was the manager. Not a very proud moment for Menards.

sheri in the security box for pick up is rude and disrespectful she needs training on how to interact with first time pick up customers.

Two of the workers were extremely unkind to me and to my disabled child.
I do not recommend this store.

It was busy but I didn't need a lot. I got out there pretty quickly. They seemed to have enough cashiers on.

I run a wedding rental business and build large backdrops. Because I’m not building common things I often have strange requests that are not in a home builders book.
In general I loathe asking for help at home improvement stores as a woman. But I had an urgent need today for one weird hinge, and Tom in hardware not only helped me solve the issue, but was creative in problem solving what I needed it for. I learned a lot from him and he was kind and patient. It made my day and helped me with future projects. Thank you so much Tom!

I only go here because this town doesn't have a Lowe's or Home Depot...Most of the staff can't help you, and it seems they try to avoid you. They constantly shift things around makirng it harder to find what you need.

One checkout open. I was 6/7th in line. An older lady opened up another register and said maybe get off your phone and pay attention. Before she even opened up a line. Absolutely ridiculous comment to make. Felt like she was trying to embarrass me or make an example out of me. Maybe she should've apologized for letting a line form or for the fact that there was one cashier open. Wish I could say next time I'll stay off my phone and just watch the employees stand around. However I will not be back here again. Do yourself a favor go to a local lumber yard or builder supply. They will appreciate your business.

Love Menards store! wish they were located all over the US! I love their kiosk that you can turn items to and they will give you a store credit if it's been over a certain amount of time.. Employees are helpful and friendly. Would rather go here than any of the other big box. Home improvement stores because they are located in the midwest.
