What a fantastic experience! When our van went into limp mode I got it out to them to see what was wrong. They took care of the issue plus they did a video of the inspection on the underside of the van and explained what it needed. First time in my life I knew what the terminology meant!Thank you, you guys are wonderful

Car buying can be a stressful situation, however that was not the case with House Auto Group.I went to the Red Wing location and worked with Matthew. Within 10 minutes of being there I had been introduced to the General, sales and finance managers. The car I wanted unfortunately was not at the Red Wing location. The management team made it possible for Matthew to drive and pick up my car and bring it back to Red Wing. I was given many updates thru this entire process and asked numerous times If I needed anything while waiting. Matthew and the management team stayed past the closure time to make sure I was content with my car.They went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and comfortable with the entire process. I was treated with such respect and compassion, and the customer service was top notch.I have had 3 follow up calls and been emailed to check in and see if I have had any other questions or concerns.I highly recommend House Auto Group!!

My service advisor, Tim, clearly communicated throughout the process and I much appreciated not paying for unnecessary repairs or maintenance. The video “walk-through”of my vehicle I was provided with was an added bonus. Will definitely be taking my truck to House for future service.

Got my near 40,000 mile vehicle inspection today and oil change. Got a video of the entire inspection in an email. Was quite impressed with receiving that. Timely serviced. Worth my drive from St. Paul to Red Wing. Purchased vehicle there and they have done all my service needs over the years.

Worst experience EVER!! Had an appointment to drop my truck off at 9am. I was early, and left it there at 8:15am. Getting nervous about status of completion, I thought I better call and find out what's taking so long. After a few holds, I find out it wasn't going to be done today due to unforseen difficulties. When I asked about how I was going to get to work on Monday, the advisor had to check to see if rentals were covered by warranty. Otherwise, it's a company truck, just charge the company...WHAT?? AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, I CALLED A FEW ISSUES OUT, AND WAS TOLD "IF THATS HOW YOURE GOING TO TREAT PEOPLE, THEN GET IN YPUR VEHICLE AND LEAVE." As a part car salesman, I know what customer service is. Not what I saw todat...and will never return. Hope the owner of House sees this and realizes what is going on!!
