Can't seem to get my car in for service. I had an appointment, was told if I brought it in early they could get started on it early, I did that they did not work on it at all and I was told to reschedule. This was for an oil change and safety recall. Now I am being told they are several weeks out for service appointments. I will take it elsewhere, I guess I am not worth their time or they are not willing to work on recall work.

Absolutely dissatisfied with my experience. I brought my 2017 Dodge journey in for a horrific shake in it while driving. I've had my car at two other mechanic shops but due to both of them not being a certified Dodge dealer, they couldn't fix my car. So I brought it to Red Wing. They came back with, they balanced my tires.... umm, no thats not what I wanted. I new something was wrong with the driveshaft. I was told this in the beginning. I went to a third non Dodge dealer in red wing and they told me it definitely not the tires. So i made the trip to Eau Claire WI to their Dodge dealer and they told me its definitely not the tires. Come to find out. They replaced parts on the driveshaft AND my rear differential was leaking, so that was also fixed. Im not pleased what so ever with Red Wings job. I need a reliable vehicle for my children to ride in and I now know NOT to ever bring my vehicle back to Red Wing again. Poor quility of looking over a vehicle and getting the right diagnosis when its been to two other mechanics and they both said the same thing about the driveshaft.

I was involved in an accident with direct collision to driver's rear wheel. I had it towed to House Ford to have the drive train looked at before it went to body shop. The vehicle returned to Ford after the body repair for inspection before it was released to me. I drove it 150 miles when warning lights started for rear wheel brakes. I returned to Ford, where they informed me THE AXLE WAS BROKEN AND THE ONLY THING HOLDING THE WHEEL ON WAS THE BRAKES!!!!! When I asked if they had looked at that after the accident, I got a shoulder shrug. They fixed the axle, and when I picked it up, the wheel still had all the brake dust on it that it had when I brought it in. I had to go back in and ask for a rag so I could clean it myself. There is more to the whole story but this in unconscionable!

I had such a great experience here! I brought my car in for some warranty work and John Goeman was so helpful. He got my vehicle in right away and everything was fixed perfectly! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. If I could give this place -5 stars I definitely would. A couple of weeks ago I stumbled across a vehicle they had that I was fairly interested in. Called ahead a couple days before to make sure it was still there and lined up a time to make the 2 hour drive to go and see it. When I arrived it was dirty almost out of gas and also had a warning light on, they definitely were not prepared for my arrival. Ended up trying it out and liking it. Got back to the dealership and noticed that it needed a couple hundred dollars worth of work on the brakes. Brought this up to the salesmen who said he would need to talk to the sales manager. We were then introduced to Tim Ciccarelli the sales manager. Let me just say that I hope none of you ever have to encounter this man. He was downright rude and obnoxious. He offered to take $50 dollars off for the brake work and told us that if we didn't like that offer we could come back in a week and the price of the vehicle would probably be lower. If it wasn't for him I would have bought the subpar vehicle they were selling. I must say I do owe him some thanks though because if it wasn't for him and his rude attitude I never would have came across the wonderful car I ended up purchasing from a lot better dealership. The funny part of this story is that they still currently have the vehicle almost a month later.

Scott King was very easy to work with. I had my oil changed and everything was done in a timely manner. Scott let me know if there was anything wrong before he fixed it. They even filled my washer fluid! I liked that they did an inspection on my vehicle. Scott went over everything and there were a few things that needed attention and he explained to me what needed to be fixed. The cashier at the dealership was friendly and made paying an easy and fast process.
