Cheap? Sure. Good service? Absolutely not. Went in to buy our toddler a bed and the only worker was an elderly woman. We didn't know anything different, bought the mattress and left content. 2 weeks later we get frantic phone calls that the woman only approved that our card had the amount to purchase and didn't actually charge us. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, they blew up at us like we STOLE. I have a receipt that even has a paid stamp on it. But yet we get threatened!? These folks screamed at us and then tried playing the pity card that they were just stressed. I could care less that you screwed up and left someone incapable running your store. You do not treat a customer that way. We will happily go to Hudson or Hastings for our next purchase (fun fact...they offer similar price product in stock as well). People aren't at the mercy of your store and will drive to not be harassed and screamed at for something we did not do. Maybe reconsider owning a business if you can't handle it. More people are good than bad; you'll get a lot farher in life if you act decently.

I have 3 beds, 1 frame, and 1 headboard from Sammon's. My son (7) got the first and they were very helpful letting him try everything and come to a decision. Treated him like any other guest and helped him pick the perfect pillow top.Second bed also for my son. He got a new frame and needed a thinner mattress. I didn't know the thickness but i knew the bed, so the owner helped look it up and once again chose the perfect fit with my son.Third bed was for me. Not sure what I wanted so I got the full tour. After trying a few beds I was torn between 2 and she explained the difference between them. I made my choice and she also helped me with a headboard I loved and a frame to match.They have always been amazing when I walk in with 3 crazy kids. Never once made them feel like they weren't welcome. I love their beds and it's my first choice over some big fancy expensive chain.

I received EXCEPTIONAL service from Sammon's Beds N More! They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Great family owned business selling extremely comfortable beds at great prices! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Sammon's Beds-N-More for your next purchase. Before purchasing we did shop a couple other large retailers but ultimately came back to our first stop which was here. Bret was very knowledgeable and helpful during our search for our mattress. He took the time and was patient to explain why the mattress was a fit for us based on our needs, its construction, and our price range. He also explained how the mattress compared to others we were researching. Ultimately, we wished we would have purchased here right away and not wasted time going elsewhere. Bret makes you want to "shop local".Delivery and set up was fast and easy and he took the time to explain thoroughly how everything worked, recapped warranty, and how to register our bed with the manufacturer.It should be noted that during these times there are many things that are backordered and you should expect a wait if what you are looking for isn't immediately available. It's unreasonable to hold this against the retailer who has no control over the supply chain.

Holy cow, so so so thrilled, from the time I walked in the door, to the delivery and set up when I wasn’t there! They swiffered and used my mini vac to get any sport I did not, under my old bed! Called with verbal thanks and instructions for my head rising, super comfy mattress, in case I forgot, from my purchase time! This family owned business rocks, so tickled to keep my hard earned money spent in town, it’s what we all should do more of, support the businesses that support your community! Thanks again Simmons Beds! I’ll be back for down pillows soon.

If I could give this place a ZERO stars I would! DO NOT WASTE your money or time going to this store. I purchased 2 beds, not 1 but 2, to the tune of $4861.94 on 7/20/20. Today is 8/10, I had not heard from the owner of the store, so I called to inquire as to when the beds would be delivered. I was met with he has no control of the industry delays and that all his customers are feeling the same pain. Not a good enough answer. He then advised me that I could call the manufacturer and complain, I explained that I procured the items from HIM and that I would not do that. Bret, or Brent (owner) then called me back 2 hours later to advise that the manufacturer would be robbing Peter to pay Paul to fulfill my order. But yet wouldn't commit to a delivery date. I advised OK, however that I was still not happy with the fact that we are looking at nearly a month to receive the product and I wouldn't be back to his business again. He then proceeded to advise me , that if I chose to talk to him that way, he wasn't going to listen and would hang up. Which he did. I only voiced that I was displeased with his false advertising of product and no commitment after I spent nearly $5000. 00 in his store and still have NOTHING to show for it. I called back again, and his wife answered. I advised to CANCEL the order and I wanted my money back. She proceeded to scream at me that THEY WOULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER, IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED...........She also hung up on me. Note I did not swear at either one of these individuals, I simply lodged my disgust for their false statements and advertising and lack of customer service. You try to support local stores, and this is what happens. Next step is the Better Business Bureau, then court.Below is a copied message from the owner of this establishment to me directly, in response to my review..............Customer service at its finest!! Sammon's Beds-N-MoreWe're are sorry that you feel you received poor service. Unfortunately we will not be yelled at by a woman acting like a belligerent 3 year old. We tried to talk to you like adults but you were having none of it, we will not be yelled at and ridiculed!!! We explained to you when you bought the bed that do to the crazy circumstances in the world today orders are taking approximately 3 weeks after we PLACE the order. At that time you were completely fine with it and very understanding. With you order coming in early next week that puts us right at the 3 week mark. We can not control what is happening in the industry, and this is happening to ALL stores that sell mattresses. The BBB will understand since this is an industry wide issue. We have explained to our children that during this time you need to give people grace because there are a lot of things out of our control. We would expect adults to already know this. Their communication and customer service is deplorable. I spent $4861.94 on 7/20. I still do not have anything to show for it. I called to inquire as to status on 8/10 & was met with the worst customer service experience to date, by both owners. I asked for a refund after being treated so poorly and I was hung up on. I would not go to this particular place of business if you expect customer service or an ounce of respect as a consumer. BBB has my official complaint since the owners are incapable of managing it directly.

Quality products at reasonable rates. The owner cares about his customers and their needs. He works with you in your budget. I feel he went above and beyond when working with me. They delivered the new beds, set them up and removed the old ones. We're very happy with our new mattresses!
