Honestly, I was treated very rudely by Jessie at the front desk today and she said I should know what’s going on and give me this really rude. Look on her face as far as when my bank will pay for the membership. You just never know what’s going on with somebody else and how I had to help my grandma pay her cancer bills for pancreatic cancer since she got diagnosed this month. I asked Jesse about how I should pay the fee I owe and she could’ve just said I’ll handle it here for you right now, but she had to rudely say that it’s an automatic draft and gave me this really roundabout confusing answer when I was ready to just pay for it in person And then eventually she said I could pay for it in person which was the question I asked in the first place! She honestly needs some customer service training!

I learned how to swim in the main pool... 50 years ago! I guess they got rid of the high diving board for liability reasons, but that used to be the best part of the pool. This was also the main place in town for kids to hang out in the 70's (they had a cool game room in the old front building with pinball and pool tables, open gym and pool, and summer sports leagues).

Why on earth would you charge 15$ ?? This is a place of activities for kids and teens ..when you ..make prices so high for the day pass most cant afford this madness ..ymca started a place for kids to connect and play sports now its a money grab hence to why so many Google reviews reflect on this ...freezing cold kids wanna play basketball in doors ..after kids cost plus me 60$$$ for a game of basketball ...yeah not happening

Pool needs maintenance - water features and slides must not work because they are never running. Hot tub not hot - just pool temp. I immediately changed into clothes and left. Dryer didn't work in family changing room. Lame. I'm disappointed and won't bother to come back until these things are fixed.

Can’t even walk on the indoor track because they let the day care with 30 kids run loose and misbehave. Ridiculous.

my sisters children are in the KPC and i just needed to write a complaint on the head person. i’m not sure what her name is but i have heard that she has a son in KPC and she gives him lots of special treatment. she also screams and yells at the kids and when they are hurt or crying she’s not considerate with their feelings at all. i’m not sure why if you hate working with kids so much and you don’t have the proper mentality to work with them why you are a director of a children’s day camp. many parents have also seen this while picking them up and she doesn’t even take the time to say hello or goodbye. my sisters not the one to complain but i can’t see those kids trying to have fun but be put down by an adult.

Stopped by the Y while I was in town and the ladies at the desk were helpful with setting up a day pass. Day passes used to be $10, but now are $15. The gym has everything you need to get in a solid workout, and the other patrons were courteous.

Friendly staff, newer equipment, beautiful view of the Mississippi while working out on the ellipticals and exercise bikes! But they close at noon Sunday and 2pm Saturday! Hope they can now extend hours or maybe close one morning during the week to make weekends work for everyone.

This place is great and quite! I enjoy coming and working out here so much! The machines are awesome, the track is nice and the basketball court is phenomenal. Awesome atmosphere with great workers!
