“I came in to this credit union based on a mail flyer about lower credit for refinancing car loan. The first time I came in was on a Saturday and the gal I had was very nice, but we could not unfreeze it.
I came in the following Thursday and she was able to get it frozen for me. Her name is JYNAH LASH. I was here for over two hours and she was an incredible incredible lady. I could not get over the difference in my two credit unions. The other one was much less accepting and friendly. I am so blown away. I’ve been telling everybody about Genesis since I came Thursday! I have some brain difficulties and she accepted them and just worked with me like I was a normal person! The manager had introduced himself and he too was nice. MARINA was the first one to help me and she was a sweetheart too
I appreciated her expertise in her knowledge and her kindness and her help especially with my lack of ability on an iPhone! Keep her around! The lady at the desk too what’s her name? “Oksana is a reason to bank here. I've had a couple of issues getting things in order, and Oksana has known the solution immediately, and she professionally remedies every situation.
I've been with Trustone my entire life and have no reason to go anywhere else.
The only reason I removed a star was because I felt that some follow-ups associated with one of my accounts were not timely or clear. It wasn't detrimental to my finances, but it was a minor annoyance that could have been fixed with an email.
Otherwise, the staff are so friendly, professional, and still personable enough to make it feels less sterile than some other banks I've visited.”
“December 11th I purchased a vehicle financing through City and County Credit union. The dealership was about 45 minutes from where I live and the EAGAN branch was the closest to the dealership. I had to go to that branch to pick up the check for the dealership. I was not familiar with the process. JASMINE was the teller that assisted me at the branch. She posses extraordinary people skills!! She was attentive and helpful. She did not have much experience with this type of transaction either but did not display any lack of knowledge . Her attitude was I WILL FIGURE THIS OUT FOR YOU...AND SHE CAME THOUGH!!!!...I was there for about an hour to complete the transaction and I watched her assist other customers with the same smile and professionalism. I did not get her last initial but she is early to mid 20's KUDOS to JASMINE . A great asset to CCU!!!!!”

After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. She never once complained about how long it was taking or that it was past closing time. She is The type of employee you want to have be part of your business and representing you.
