I’ve been happy with the monthly membership service. However, I’ve noticed scratch marks in the back/top of my SUV. They rub out but I’m surprised that the brushes must not be cloth.

I visited after an 11 hour drive to MN and my car was covered with bug spatter. I skeptically opted for the $14 Deluxe wash with the bug remover and the car was spotless afterwards. I’d rather the crew used microfiber cloths cotton towels on a black car but no complaints.
