He was able to get all the water stains out of my seats and shampoo everything so clean it got rid of the BO odor it had from my ex using it (sorry gotta love it lol). “I was having issues with my car: the check engine light had come on and I was hearing some undesirable sounds coming from one of the wheels, and a friend recommended Grandview. Grandview diagnosed everything and sent me a helpful web report to look over suggested repairs, which was really helpful in organizing what I considered necessary. I decided to go with their suggestions and they got my car in for repairs the following week. There was a mistake in ordering one of the parts they needed for one of the repairs on the wheels and they promptly communicated that they would upgrade the part and would provide a loaner vehicle at no charge due to the mistake. They even provided a shuttle to come pick me up from work while I was without a car.
Following the fixes, I noticed a terrible screeching in one of the tires and was really anxious about taking it back after having so many repairs done and now having this new issue arise. This being my first time at Grandview, I didn't know what they would do and expected the worst. Over the phone they told me they would inspect things and see if the parts were under warranty, so I was preparing for another bill. The mechanic called me after the inspection and told me they had identified and addressed the issue and thoroughly test drove the car to ensure the symptom wasn't there anymore. When I picked up the car, they didn't charge me for any of the new work. A total relief!
I worked with Tom, John, and Julian. Tom answered the phone to help schedule repairs. He had a pleasant disposition, was efficient in taking all my information, and addressing my concerns. John interfaced with me for the work being done on my car and communicated estimates, offered recommendations, and helped with unforeseen hiccups in the repairs. Julian was at the front desk when I picked up my car and was amicable and friendly.
Grandview lived up to their mission statement to provide a relationship of trust and integrity, and I would definitely recommend their work.”

“I have long used and appreciated Midway Express, but today had an especially positive experience. I was taking my new car for a wash and its overlapping safety systems made it fight the wash when I put it in neutral. The attendant was very patient and friendly, and helped me back out of the line to pull off and research the issue on my phone. He made a potentially stressful, embarrassing situation pleasant, and made me feel really well cared for.”

The neighborhood is very quiet and nearby a lot of necessities that are either within walking distance or accessible through public transportation. That includes groceries, shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, etc… I love the fact all this is close by and decreasing the likelihood that I have to venture very far for all my needs. Even with the economy and inflation concerns, I find that Fox Ridge Estates is still the most economical offering within this much proximity to the Twin Cities in comparison to Eagan as well as the airport. It’s a convenient location too and not far from my employer, which works out rather well for me.
It’s a pretty cozy one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment unit that I rent: more than enough space for me. Plus management does make an effort to keep appliances and amenities updated, which is always appreciated. The grounds are well maintained too and kept pretty clean regularly.
Speaking of the management, I like them too as they’re pretty friendly and amenable. I’m always comfortable reaching out to Angie, the apartment manager, for any questions or maintenance concerns I have. Anytime I’ve had an issue or complication involving my apartment unit, she along with maintenance staff have always been rather quick to address it right away: even in the middle of the night. (That was a lifesaver earlier this summer for example when my a/c unit died during a heatwave!)
I definitely recommend living here.”
“This place was good. I only needed to vacuum my car after a road trip w the kids. Once I got my tokens (thanks to a very helpful staff person) the vacuum picked up as much as a large handful of Chex mix, a bunch of chunky leftovers from hauling firewood, lollipop sticks and more. And it lasted longer than expected for each cycle (2 cycles for a small suv). The terminal to pay for tokens w a credit card is awful. If the friendly staff person wasn’t there I could see getting frustrated. Good experience overall”

“Clean and quiet, with everything in good working order. Very pleasant experience. I paid for my wash with a card, which was convenient. The vending machine with the towels and such is awesome.
I vacuumed out my vehicle and grabbed a couple microfibers while I was waiting for the bay to open up, and the timing lined up perfectly. Nice clamps to use for washing floor mats. Pressure is excellent, great amount of suds, everything works as it should.”
