“Picked up a few things, haven't tried most yet, jerky is good. A review from 3-4 months ago said dried beef in stock. Not true today. When asked they said they could special order it.”
“ADDENDUM: Clancy's has great sandwiches and supports the community with big hearts and concern. At lunch, there can be a mad rush for their classic roast beef sandwich, but the staff handles the crowd with efficiency and detail.
I was on the street in front of Clancy's when one of their customers was mis-identified as an officer of an organization that was terrorizing Minneapolis. It had nothing to do with Clancy's! As I tried to get to my car, people yelled the most obscene and disgusting epitaphs at the couple in front of me. I was just walking down Grand Avenue. They were even spitting at this innocent individual. As a liberal who marched for civil rights and against the war in Vietnam during the 1960s and 1970s, I was horrified.
Blaming Clancy's is ignorant, and an integral part of how this country is dismantling. Clancy's Meats & Fish is important to our neighborhood, and represents the kindness and empathy that has been representative of Minnesota for decades. Give them your support.
Located on a charming street with ample parking, Clancy's Meats and Fish welcomes patrons with smiles and an engaging atmosphere. Known far and wide for their sandwiches, I ordered two roast beefs with the works to go. They were prepared with lightning speed, and I brought them home for my wife and me to enjoy at lunch. We wolfed the large sandwiches down also with lightning speed. They were delicious. I will return to Clancy’s to enjoy its great food and neighborhood vibe.”

“Buying locally made breakfast sausage and selecting a coffee for friends coming to town. Lots of choices and it just feels like home. A calm and tidy place with good selection and specialties. It just feels like NE which, to me, is home.

“I absolutely love getting my meat from here. I drive about 30 minutes just to pick it up, and it’s worth the trip every time. Tony has always been incredibly kind, the team is consistently helpful and flexible whenever I need something.
I eat a lot of beef and have tried ribeyes and ground beef from many different places, but the quality here really stands out. When I cook the meat, it’s always fresh, flavorful, and stays juicy instead of drying out like meat I’ve bought elsewhere.
Another thing I’ve noticed is how well the meat holds up in the fridge. Even after a few days it still looks fresh and keeps its natural red color instead of turning brown and dull like grocery store meat often does. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of what they sell!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for truly high-quality, grass-fed beef.”

I’m glad I did! I was greeted immediately by a smiling friendly woman and she got me exactly what I needed and sent me on my way. I was in and out in probably 2 minutes. Highly recommend.”

“Went to this location as I was in the Towne Center area. Didn't know they were even there until I spotted them. Usually I go to the Route 13 location off Cliff Rd and Route 13. With that said.
Employees were courteous and helpful, and gave up some military love on the price. The employees went out of their way to cut up 4 T-Bone steaks that were HUGE!!! Great service and huge selection of meat, cheese, and bread even. They are a bit pricy, but worth it. Made this disabled veteran's day.
My Mom enjoyed the T-Bone steaks tremendously.”
“Kenyan friends were super excited to find products and spices they've been missing. The shopkeeper was helpful in showing them products they might not have noticed but that he knew others from their area enjoyed. Parking on the south side of the building, towards 94, made it easy to stop in.”

The service was good, the person who comes to clean the tables, was pleasant when asked to come clean where we sat. The gentlemen helped me ensure some items did not have the meat (I don't eat certain meats) in the appetizer(s)/deserts. Great food, the atmosphere is simple, petite, has a television for viewing pleasure but for ME, it will be a grab and go type place for me.”

“I recently became aware if this store. I felt so good going in this store. I moved back here recently after living in Florida and could not find anything is craved, used to cook, etc. Galaxy had many items I was missing so much. Specifically Jamaican items. I truly appreciate this store and the woman who checked me out. Very friendly and we had a conversation. Just one bit of feedback for them would be to check the dates on items regularly to ensure expiration dates have not passed. I do highly recommend this store if your looking for international food and other items. I WILL be going back as a regular customer.”
