The first time I took my dog here everything was great! The service and people were awesome! However, when I brought her back for the second time we had a totally different experience. Not a good experience! She was cut on her paw and then they tried to send her home like that. I went back inside after realizing just how bad the cut was and demanded they fix it. I thought the cut was small, but it was not. There was blood everywhere and my dog was in pain. I would not recommend this petsmart. I cried for days and felt like a terrible dog parent.

Brought my 18 lb Terrier in for a bath and haircut. Appointment was for 1:30. Stood in a line for a half hour and was told it would take 3-4 hours. At the four hour mark she had completed about 1/3 of her haircut and said my dog was too nervous for her to finish. I have been taking my dogs to PetSmart grooming for many years and will obviously never use this specific grooming salon in RIchfield MN again. They overbook, are unorganized and completely incompetent. I highly recommend using another salon. What a joke!

Came in at 6:30, hours of grooming until 9 and website states cat walk in services including nail trims. This is incorrect information. They will not take cats without appointments I was told, and cat groomer was already gone for the day. Fair warning for future clients. (Screenshot of website taken)

Great place to go for crickets. Super friendly employees. Just moved back to the area and will be stopping here often.

We had the best experience with Suzy Q in the grooming salon today! She wasable to calm our anxious, skittish boy and convinced him to allow a nail trim AND grind, as well as a Furminator shampoo and brush-out. He looks and feels amazing and came out smiling!

The groomers were awesome with my sweet old dog. They weren't pushy with timing or add-ons, it was a great experience.

We took are poodle mix in for a spa day. Megan was amazing! She didn't shave him to the skin, which is what we were used to. She clipped him perfectly so he was still soft and cuddle. She is our groomer! She listened and took amazing care of our dog.

I assume this must apply to all PetSmart stores. I went to buy a $40 dog bed. They asked for my name, phone number, and email. I didn’t want to give them my personal information. I was told that without providing it I would be charged more for the bed. What?! I left without buying and I won’t be back.

I like the large selection, staff are friendly & helpful. Gotta watch the prices. Usually buying bulk is cheaper, but not here. Buying cans of cat food, 24 cans would cost 90 cents each. Buy a pack of 30, you pay $1 each for the extra 6 cans. Cat treat Churu, buy two packs of 20(40), for $13 more you can get 10 more in a jar(50). Illogical pricing, but watching closely is necessary to get more for your money

Forced to join rewards program in order to get cat litter. Employee required me to give my info in order to check out. They weren’t extremely pushy but after going back and forth twice I complied because I wanted to get out and get it over with. After giving my info, the confirm screen popped up and they reached over and confirmed for me opting into spam emails.
At the end of the day, I don’t blame the employee; I blame policy. They were friendly the whole time, but joining your rewards should be a good thing instead of forcing/inconveniencing your customers into forking over their info for you to sell and spam with emails. I’m guessing that petsmart tracks employee stats and they have to have a certain percentage. Stop doing that. It punishes customers.
I don’t have a pet. I was picking up litter for someone else as a favor. Now I get spam. Hopefully Petco isn’t like this because that’s where I’ll go next time.
