“Loving trains, we took our grandson to CO on a steam engine excursion a couple of years ago. He kept talking about the locomotive that was used for our trip, so I asked Semyon to engrave the locomotive and identifying information onto a special drinking glass.
Semyon worked with me so well and was so patient with my detail-orientation. The end product was SO good, I ordered two glasses to have one in reserve! GREAT experience!”

“Last Friday I panicked when I realized I had put off dealing with a belated Christmas gift I needed embroidered for my friend coming into town that evening. That morning I called many places and the average turnaround time was 2+ weeks, but the shop owner here said she could have it done by the end of day! I made my way there to drop off the items and she helped me pick out a font as I don't have a very good eye for the kind of thing. “Excellent location. It's well stocked. Moreover, the staff are very kind and helpful. I selected a box from the store portion that I thought would fit my needs. I didn't realize it came with extra packaging (and, as a result, cost 10 dollars). I brought this up to checkout and a very kind staffer pointed that out and offered a significantly cheaper option by first asking me if I needed all the padding.
