“My son was.trying to get citizenship papers.sent out and the fist set got lost so .he spoke to jean on the phone she went above and beyond to try and track the package time sensitive they lost it in Mississippi so ky son went back to Jean in richfield store she was so patient and so nice and extremely helpful his papers got sent out again and got to the place on time thanks to Jean it all worked out she is absolutely a great asset to fed ex wonderful experience.thanks jean”

“Loving trains, we took our grandson to CO on a steam engine excursion a couple of years ago. He kept talking about the locomotive that was used for our trip, so I asked Semyon to engrave the locomotive and identifying information onto a special drinking glass.
Semyon worked with me so well and was so patient with my detail-orientation. The end product was SO good, I ordered two glasses to have one in reserve! GREAT experience!”

“Last Friday I panicked when I realized I had put off dealing with a belated Christmas gift I needed embroidered for my friend coming into town that evening. That morning I called many places and the average turnaround time was 2+ weeks, but the shop owner here said she could have it done by the end of day! I made my way there to drop off the items and she helped me pick out a font as I don't have a very good eye for the kind of thing. She ended up finishing my project in 2 hours and it turned out better than I even imagined! Thank you so, so much again for your help! :)”

“I would like to give this particular FedEx office a 5 star review.. This was the most amazing staff I’ve ever met operating under the management of a humble,caring,thorough,yet considerate young man by the name of JESSE. He welcomed me and my dissatisfied experience with the IDS building FedEx location he helped me initiate , launch, and complete my business order including my dessert business cards and dessert packaging stickers I was satisfied above and beyond my expectations I noticed that the manager Jesse took the time and effort to do my order personally and he seemed very disappointed that I was treated so rude and disrespectful at the other location. His staff greeted me and had the most amazing energy I’ve ever experienced. Jesse and his staff deserve to be the model store of the whole Fed Ex organisation. When I tell you the IDS building gave me no assistance on there computer to aid me in saving my design template to prevent future the time consuming process of editing and redesigning my dessert business name and all associated information that’s needed to start and complete my order. And I am a recurring customer. I have been doing this order once a month for the last 7 months to no avail they told me they could only save my design if I bought a flash drive and saved it and they could only complete my dessert sticker order if I emailed the template directly to the FedEx office all of these things are untrue and misinformation because when I visited the East Lake street location they saved my template , had me sign a document and it’s secured and ready for repeat orders upon my request they also printed my stickers off on a a sheet that peels much easier 1 sticker adult a time no need for cutting each one individually like the IDS stores stickers are. With all that being said I just want to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to this wonderful staff and awesome FedEx store I encourage all customers to go here versus the very mean spirited seemingly prejudice store manager and oblivious staff who did not have any qualms about being rude and insulting to me..I will never take my business anywhere except The FedEx office on East Lake Street. You Guys ROCK!!!!!!”

“Not sure why this FedEx store has a poor rating. My experience has generally been positive. Usually no wait and the employees are friendly and helpful.
There is plenty of parking with spots in front of the store.
My only recommendation would be for lever/button to open the door automatically when carrying large packages.”

“Pete and Andy and the whole crew at MinuteMan Press Edina are word class--they were instrumental in making my wedding invitations, day of suite, and thank you notes come together so beautifully. I came to them with PDF designs I made myself and Pete was so patient and helpful getting everything done with such thoughtfulness and care and the pricing was phenomenal vs. some of the quotes I received for full service stationary.
They truly went above and beyond partnering with a die-cut shop to get custom shapes, color matched everything to what collateral I already had, and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and within my deadline.
They are true professionals and I look forward to working with them on more projects soon!”
